INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, SERVER, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD

An example of a server receives first event data from an information processing apparatus. The server stores therein event management data including event state information that indicates whether a second event has already occurred or has not yet occurred. When receiving a request from the information processing apparatus, the server transmits at least one piece of second event data to the information processing apparatus. The at least one piece of second event data includes second event data based on event management data in which the event state information indicates that the second event has already occurred and/or second event data to be transmitted when the second event data stored in the first storage area is insufficient. Upon receiving the third event data indicating that the second event has occurred, the server updates the event state information so as to indicate that the second event has already occurred.

An adapter for use with a video game controller of a video game console includes a housing for attachment to the controller, a pair of lever switch mechanisms for operation by the left and right hand, and a console port. Each lever switch mechanism includes a contact switch and a lever. The contact switch is actuable between an open state and a closed state. The lever has a finger-engaging surface and an actuator portion. The lever is pivotable relative to the housing in response to a manual force applied to the finger-engaging surface, whereupon the actuator portion moves to actuate the contact switch between the open state and the closed state. The console port is operatively connected to the contact switch, and adapted to communicate electronic signals controlled by the contact switch to the game console to actuate a game function.

Wearable device for delivering air

A personal entertainment respiratory apparatus provides air to a user to provide a fully immersive entertainment experience. The personal entertainment system may comprise a flow generator for providing the flow of air. A personal spatial respiratory interface may be coupled to the flow generator. The personal spatial respiratory interface may comprise an outlet for the flow generator. The personal spatial respiratory interface may further be configured to direct the flow of air within an ambient breathing proximity of a user. The personal entertainment respiratory apparatus may further comprise a controller and a sensory particle dispenser. The controller and sensory particle dispenser may be configured to selectively activate release of a sensory particle from the dispenser into the directed flow of air in response to an entertainment triggering signal.
