AIR FILTER MEDIA
Air filter media comprising at least one active bead layer comprises an antistatic agent and polyethylenimine coated polymeric beads that can provide better formaldehyde abatement properties than incumbent activated carbon filters and can be prepared by using existing processing facilities for manufacture of incumbent activated carbon filters.
Filter medium and breather filter structure
Thermoplastic bicomponent binder fiber can be combined with other media, fibers and other filtration components to form a thermally bonded filtration media. The filtration media can be used in filter units, such as breather caps. Such filter units can be placed in the stream of a mobile fluid and can remove a particulate and/or fluid mist load from the mobile stream. The unique combination of media fiber, bicomponent binder fiber and other filtration additives and components provide a filtration media having unique properties in filtration applications.
MEDICAL USE VENTING FILTER
The disclosure provides improved vent filters useful in single-use in-line transfusion systems. In a first aspect, the disclosure provides filter comprising (i) a layer comprising a fluoropolymer membrane and (ii) a layer comprising at least two air-permeable thermoplastic polymeric layers, the air-permeable thermoplastic polymeric layers comprised of a first polymeric layer and a second polymeric layer, wherein the first polymeric layer is in bonded contact with the fluoropolymer membrane, possesses a melting point of about 95° C. to about 180° C., and wherein the second polymeric layer is in bonded contact with the first polymeric layer and has a melting point of about 220° C. to about 265° C. These filters exhibit excellent bonding strength between the various layers while preserving a considerable amount of the original fluoropolymer membrane air flux.
HIGH PARTICLE CAPTURE MOISTURE ABSORBING FABRIC
A gas filtering medium is composed of hydrophobic polyester fiber as from 20-80% by total weight of textile fibers and 80-20% by total weight of hydrophilic textile fibers and a microfibrillated cellulose fiber in a weight/weight ratio of 1.5-8.5/100 parts by weight of total textile fiber.
FILTER MEDIUM AND COMPOSITE FILTER INCLUDING SAME
Provided is a filter medium. A filter medium according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first porous support body which has been electrostatically treated; and a nanofiber web which is disposed on one surface of the first support body and formed by accumulating nanofibers. Accordingly, excellent air filtering efficiency is obtained even for fine dust of PM 2.5 or below, and furthermore, deterioration in air filtering efficiency may be prevented or minimized even when usage is extended for a long period of time. Therefore, the filter medium and the composite filter according to an embodiment of the present invention can be widely utilized as media of filters for various air filtering devices.
LAYERED BODY
It is provided that a layered body having excellent absorption speeds of fuel and the like to the filter media. A layered body comprising a first base material and a second base material, wherein the first base material and the second base material are adhered to each other via an adhesive, the first and second base materials each contain a phenol-based resin and an aliphatic hydrocarbon detected during a retention time of 12.0 to 30.0 minutes under pyrolysis-gas chromatography mass spectrometry (PY-GC/MS), and the adhesive contains 65 mol % or more of a butylene terephthalate unit and 5 mol % or more of a butylene isophthalate unit, and has an acid value of not larger than 100 eq/ton, a glass transition temperature of −10 to 60° C., and a specific gravity of not less than 1.20.
FILTER
A filter is disclosed. The filter of the present disclosure includes: a support layer; and a filter layer coupled to the support layer, wherein the filter layer is formed by a melt blown method with, as a melt, a thermoplastic resin-including first base and a first antibacterial agent, wherein the first antibacterial agent includes an antibacterial metal or antibacterial metal oxide.
VACUUM CLEANER AND MOLD DEVICE
A vacuum cleaner comprises: a suction part for suctioning external air; a discharge part through which the sucked air is discharged to the outside; a frame along a flow path between the suction part and the discharge part; and a filter including a filter member which is supported by the frame and which separates dust from the suctioned air, wherein the filter member includes: a first filter part spaced from and to be parallel with an opening formed in the frame; a second filter part having one side supported by the frame and another side extended from the one side thereof toward the edge of the first filter part; and a bent part between the edge of the first filter part and the other side of the second filter part, and the thickness of the first filter part or the second filter part is different from the thickness of the bent part.
POROUS POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE MEMBRANE, GAS-PERMEABLE MEMBRANE, AND GAS-PERMEABLE MEMBER
Provided is a porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane in which an absolute value of a difference in lightness between one principal surface and the other principal surface is 1.0 or more, where the lightness is lightness L* of CIE 1976 (L*, a*, b*) color space specified in JIS Z8781-4: 2013. The porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane may be colored black or gray. The porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane provided can have properties with a reduced coloring-induced deterioration.
COMPOSITE NON-WOVEN FABRIC AND ARTICLE COMPRISING SAME
Disclosed are a non-woven fabric composite and an article including the same. The disclosed non-woven fabric composite includes an at least partially electrostatically treated meltblown non-woven layer and a spunbond non-woven layer disposed on one or both sides thereof, pressure loss is less than 5.0 mmH.sub.2O, and a size of the pilling mass after the Martindale abrasion test is less than 5 mm.
