A treatment system for performing a treatment on a patient may include a treatment fluid preparation device having a pump connected by a fluid channel to a reservoir of a source fluid, the pump conveying the source fluid from the reservoir, through a filter, and combining the source fluid with a concentrate by pumping the source fluid with the concentrate to form a treatment fluid in a batch container. The treatment fluid preparation device may have a controller that controls a heater, the pump, and a memory. The controller starts the heater to warm the treatment fluid in the batch container at a time that is responsive to the treatment time stored in the memory. The controller also detects a pressure property of the filter to determine its integrity and outputs an indication of a failed batch if the pressure property indicates the integrity of the filter is insufficient.

A valved raw liquid supply line, which is connected to a filtration unit including a liquid purification unit with an inlet and with outlets for purified liquid and drain liquid, a mixing device, a means for maintaining pressure, a means for maintaining a recirculating flow of liquid, which is located on a line supplying a mixture of raw liquid and concentrate upstream of the liquid purification unit, a recirculating line, a purified liquid line, a drain liquid line, and a control unit, which is connected to the means for maintaining pressure, pressure monitor, the raw liquid supply valve and a drain liquid discharge valve. The means for maintaining pressure is located on a raw liquid supply line upstream of the liquid mixing device. The technical result is a longer system working life, more efficient use of raw liquid, and reduced energy expenditure.

Zero liquid discharge recycling system for PCB FAB, general metal finishing, and chemical milling

A method, system and composition is described for treating waste generated from manufacturing operations including at least one of Printed Circuit Boards Fabrication (PCB FAB), General Metal Finishing (GMF), semiconductors manufacturing, chemical milling, and Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD). The method, system and composition are used to create zero liquid discharge recycling.

The mobile reservoir system includes a waterborne vessel that includes a cargo hold. A collection unit comprised of a material for safe and sterile storage of potable water is disposed in the cargo hold. One or more collectors channel rainwater into the collection unit. Each collector is a sheet of a non-porous material supported on a retractable frame and a plurality of support arms. The sheet provides a surface area for collecting rainwater. A porous material covers the collection unit and operates as a filter for collected rainwater. A retractable cover may be extended over the cargo hold to provide protection to the collected rainwater in the collection unit. A filtration system is configured to offload the rainwater as potable water.
