SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING A LIQUID WITH GAS BUBBLES

A system for producing a liquid with gas bubbles. The system has an eductor to mix a liquid stream and a gas stream to a form of a liquid-gas mixture and a mixing column with a stack of filling layers to reduce a size of gas bubbles within the liquid-gas mixture. The stack of filling layers has a plurality of porous layers separated alternately by plate layers and ring layers.

A fine bubble generator may include an inlet, an outlet, a first fine bubble generation portion including a first flow path, and a second fine bubble generation portion including a second flow path. The first flow path may include a diameter-reducing flow path and a diameter-increasing flow path. The second flow path may include a guide flow path and a collision flow path disposed downstream of the guide flow path. A first bearing and a first impeller rotatably attached to the first bearing may be disposed on the collision flow path. The first impeller may include a disc disposed at a position at which the gas-dissolved water collides with the disc; a first rotation shaft disposed on a downstream surface of the disc and rotatably attached to the first bearing; and one or more first vanes disposed on an upstream surface of the disc.

Assembly for Selectively Aerating a Beverage
20220212151 · 2022-07-07 ·

An assembly for selectively aerating a beverage. The assembly includes a body, a diverter movable between first, second, and third positions, and an aerator in fluid communication with the diverter, the aerator including a central outlet and aeration outlets. When the diverter is in the first position, the diverter is positioned such that the beverage flows through the body and the central outlet while bypassing the aeration outlets. When the diverter is in the second position, the diverter is positioned such that the beverage flows through the aeration outlets while bypassing the central outlet. When the diverter is in the third position, the diverter is positioned such that the beverage flows through the body, a first portion of the beverage flows through the central outlet while bypassing the aeration outlets, and a second portion of the beverage flows through the aeration outlets while bypassing the central outlet.

Aerating Bottle Stopper
20220088547 · 2022-03-24 ·

An aerating bottle stopper comprises a stopper component and an aerator component, which is releasably attached to the bottom of the stopper component by at least one break-away connector. During the bottling of the beverage, the aerating bottle stopper is inserted into the neck of the bottle to seal it. In order to open the bottle, the stopper component is removed causing the break-away connector to separate, releasing the aerator component so that it remains in the neck of the bottle. Multiple flow channels pass through the aerator component. When the beverage is poured through the bottle neck, its flow through the flow channels becomes turbulent so as to cause air to mix with the beverage and aerate it.

Aeration Container

The present specification discloses an aeration container that automatically aerates wines and other beverages simultaneously while being poured or directly consumed from the aeration container. The aeration container includes an aeration plate that divides the beverage into multiple streams to maximize surface area in contact with the surrounding air. Further, a dispensing nozzle is provided with a converging dispensing passage with air syphon holes formed transversely into the passage to permit air to be syphoned into the converging dispensing passage for further aeration of the beverage flowing therethrough. The present aeration container permits immediate enjoyment of an aerated beverage without the increased wait time and extra step of existing methods.

ULTRAFINE BUBBLE GENERATING APPARATUS AND ULTRAFINE BUBBLE GENERATING HEAD

Provided is a UFB generating apparatus capable of manufacturing an ozone UFB-contained liquid with high purity and quality. To this end, in the UFB generating apparatus capable of generating UFBs containing ozone by causing film boiling in ozone water, a liquid contact portion to come into contact with the ozone water is made of a material with corrosion resistance to ozone water.

ULTRAFINE BUBBLE GENERATING METHOD AND ULTRAFINE BUBBLE GENERATING APPARATUS

Provided is an ultrafine bubble generating method and an ultrafine bubble generating apparatus capable of efficiently generating a UFB-containing liquid with high purity. To this end, a flow passage inner volume is varied by using a flow passage inner volume varying element, the liquid is pressurized such that the liquid passes through a narrow portion at high speed and flows into a depressurizing area.

ULTRA FINE BUBBLE GENERATION APPARATUS

An object of the present disclosure is to improve the generation efficiency of a UFB-contained liquid in a generation apparatus having a circulation mechanism. One embodiment of the present invention is an ultra fine bubble generation apparatus including: a first tank that stores a liquid; a generation unit configured to generate an ultra fine bubble in the liquid output from the first tank; a second tank that stores the liquid output from the generation unit; and a liquid passage that inputs again the liquid stored in the second tank to the first tank, and the ultra fine bubble generation apparatus includes a blocking configuration that blocks an ultra fine bubble included in the stored liquid from being input again to the first tank.

SLURRY MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SLURRY
20210086145 · 2021-03-25 ·

Provided is a slurry manufacturing apparatus including: a mixing unit that mixes a predetermined powder and a solvent in a mixing chamber to produce a slurry; a supply unit that supplies a reaction gas to the mixing chamber when the slurry is produced by the mixing unit; and a circulation unit that recovers a surplus of the reaction gas from the mixing chamber and resupplies the surplus of the reaction gas to the mixing chamber.

Gas canister connector with insertion limiter

A connector for connecting a gas canister to a carbonation machine includes holding structure with a threaded socket that is configured to hold an exteriorly threaded valve head that is screwed into the socket to enable operation of a gas release mechanism of the carbonation machine to release a gas from the gas canister. A rotatable projection extends distally from the holding structure and that is configured to engage cooperating structure on the gas canister. When the valve head is fully inserted into the socket, a gasket in the socket is sufficiently compressed to prevent escape of the gas between the valve head and the socket when the gas is released from the gas canister compression while overtightening damage to the gasket is prevented.
