The filter receiving member is centrally located on the body. Operably coupled to the filter receiving member on opposing sides thereof is a first syringe channel and a second syringe channel. The first syringe channel and the second syringe channel include a passage having an outer wall. The outer wall of the passage of the first syringe channel and the second syringe channel is annular in form and has a circumferential radius that requires longitudinal insertion of syringes and inhibits the upward movement thereof once the syringes are disposed therein. A heating assembly is further included in the body.

Provided according to an aspect of the invention may be an apparatus for manufacturing cosmetic, which includes a housing which forms an outer appearance; an internal phase container which is provided in the housing, and which stores internal phase fluid excluding surfactant; an external phase container which is provided in the housing, and which stores external phase fluid excluding surfactant; a channel unit which generates emulsion by mixing the internal phase fluid provided from the internal phase container and the external fluid provided from the external phase container; and an operative unit which provides external force required to form and discharge emulsion at the channel unit by manipulation of a user.
Method and system for blending wellbore treatment fluids
A system and method for delivering a treatment fluid to a wellbore by emulsifying the treatment fluid with a continuous fluid in a flowline. The treatment and continuous fluids are combined in a mixer that is separate from containers that retain the fluids. In an example where the mixer is a venturi, the continuous fluid flows into an inlet on an entrance end of the venturi, and the treatment fluid flows into an inlet that is at a flow restriction in the venturi. The continuous fluid experiences a localized decrease in pressure at the restriction, which is due to a localized increase in flow rate at the restriction. The pressure decrease induces the treatment fluid into the venturi, where the treatment fluid is dispersed into droplets within the continuous fluid, and that forms a treatment emulsion. The treatment fluid escapes from within the treatment emulsion when in the wellbore.
MICROFLUIDIC MULTICHANNEL DEVICE
An anti-clogging microfluidic multichannel device comprising a first mixing chamber comprising a first and a second end, wherein the first end comprises at least one inlet connected in fluid communication with the first mixing chamber, and at least one first capillary element comprising a first and a second end, wherein the first end of the at least one first capillary element is connected in fluid communication with the second end of the first mixing chamber, at least one septum located within the at least one first capillary element, which divides the cross section of the at least one first capillary element in a plurality of channels, wherein the at least one first capillary element comprises a reduction of section along its longitudinal axis between a section of the at least one first capillary element and the second end of the at least one first capillary element. It is also described a microfluidics system and a method of production of emulsions using said microfluidics system.
Method and device for emulsifying emulsion explosive
The present invention relates to a method and device for emulsifying emulsion explosive: an oil phase and a part of a water phase having undergone split-flow enter a first stage coarse emulsion mixer; after mixing, the mixture together with a part of the water phase having undergone second stage split-flow enters a second stage coarse emulsion mixer; the obtained mixture together with a part of the water phase having undergone third stage split-flow enters a third stage coarse emulsion mixer for mixing; forming a coarse emulsion matrix after multiple stages of mixing, and finally completing emulsification after mixing in a multi-stage fine emulsion mixer. The method and device mix the water phase with the oil phase multiple times according to a desired ratio, thus greatly reducing the stored explosive, with no mechanical stirring or shearing, with no heat accumulation, and with low pressure, without requiring matrix pumping, thus enhancing safety.
