AGRICULTURAL SAMPLING SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODS
An automated computer-controlled sampling system and related methods for collecting, processing, and analyzing agricultural samples for various chemical properties such as plant available nutrients. The sampling system allows multiple samples to be processed and analyzed for different analytes or chemical properties in a simultaneous concurrent or semi-concurrent manner. Advantageously, the system can process soil samples in the “as collected” condition without drying or grinding. The system generally includes a sample preparation sub-system which receives soil samples collected by a probe collection sub-system and produces a slurry (i.e. mixture of soil, vegetation, and/or manure and water), and a chemical analysis sub-system which processes the prepared slurry samples for quantifying multiple analytes and/or chemical properties of the sample. The sample preparation and chemical analysis sub-systems can be used to analyze soil, vegetation, and/or manure samples.

Mixing device
A mixing apparatus, comprising a drive unit (1) with a drive (10) and a shaft (11) which is pivotable about a pivot axis (A) and which is operatively connected to the drive (10), a pivot receptacle (2) which is arranged on the shaft (11), wherein the pivot axis (A) is substantially horizontally aligned, wherein the pivot receptacle (2) comprises a base (20) on which receptacles (21, 22) are provided which extend away from the base (20) and into which holders (3) for containers (7) are insertable.
Dewatering Method And System
The present invention relates to methods for dewatering tailings and systems for performing same. In certain aspects, the invention relates to methods of producing a dewatered tailings residue or a stackable tailings residue, comprising subjecting tailings to hydrocyclonic separation to produce one or more partially dewatered underflows and a final water-rich overflow; separating the final water-rich overflow, by centrifuging, into a recovered water stream and a low-water residue; and mixing together the low-water residue and at least part of the one or more partially dewatered underflows to produce a dewatered tailings residue or a stackable tailings residue.

DEVICE AND METHODS FOR PREPARATION OF GELATIN-BASED PRODUCTS
A device for preparing a gelatin-based product may comprise a mix tank, a mix pod that is fluidly coupled to the mix tank via a pod spike, and a hot water tank, where the hot water tank is coupled to the mix pod via the pod spike. In at least one example, the pod spike may comprise an outer tube and an inner tube. In one or more examples, the pod spike of the device may comprise a hub, where a first end of the outer tube is coupled to the hub. Further, in some examples, a first end of the inner tube may also be coupled to the hub.
