Producing Homogeneous Metastable Solutions from Heterogeneous Non-condensed Solutes And Liquid Solvents
Disclosed is a method and a device for producing a homogenous metastable supersaturated solution. The homogenous metastable supersaturated solution is comprised of a liquid phase solvent and one or more solutes wherein these individual solutes are gases under conditions of standard temperature and pressure (STP) in a normal atmospheric environment. When the device is used for creating oxygen saturated metastable solutions, the oxygen levels reached to at least 3 times the maximum level that can be detected by commercial dissolved oxygen probes. The device can be used to treat any medical condition that can benefit from the use of high oxygenated or any other highly saturated gas solutions. The device can be used for any non-medical need where a highly saturated gas in solution is needed.
Dual speed manual stand mixer
A dual speed manual stand mixer. The mixer has a bowl with a cover fixed to the bowl. The cover includes a ring selectively mounting to the rim of the bowl, and a turntable mounted for rotation within the ring. Multiple whisks extend downward from the turntable into and within the bowl. Gearing is provided to cause both rotation of the turntable, as well as rotation of each individual whisk. A transmission is also provided to selectively connect a manual crank arm in one of two possible limit positions. The gearing ratios differ between these two position to thus drive the turntable and whisk rotation at two different speeds.
APPARATUS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DISPENSING DRINKS, FOOD, AND OTHER LIQUIDS
Systems for filling and dispensing free-flowing contents into and out of a container, the container comprising: a top and a bottom, a plurality of vertical walls extending between the bottom and the top, an ice portal disposed in the top, the ice portal having a removable cap for filling an ice chamber with ice, a removable container cap, a tube vertically disposed in the container cap, the tube extending between a beverage bag and a gate valve above the container cap, an air hose disposed in the container cap parallel with the tube, an air bag attached to a bottom end of the air hose, the air bag being adjacent to the beverage bag, such that a volume between the bags and an interior of the plurality of vertical walls is the ice chamber, and a beverage flow portal protruding longitudinally from a side of the gate valve.
METHOD OF USING MANUAL MIXER
A manual mixer serves to facilitate mixing and agitating materials for use during surgery. The manual mixer includes a mixing assembly and an actuation assembly for actuating the mixing assembly. The mixing assembly includes at least a paddle portion and a plunger portion. The plunger portion is simultaneously capable of rotational movement with the paddle portion and movement upwardly or downwardly along the paddle portion. Rotation of the paddle portion serves to facilitate mixing and agitating of the materials, and downward movement of the plunger portion serves to facilitate dispensing of the materials from the manual mixer.
Vessels and spinner flasks with reduced impeller wobble for culturing cells
A vessel for culturing cells is provided that includes a vessel body having a top portion, a bottom portion comprising a bottom interior surface, and a cylindrical sidewall. The vessel additionally has an impeller assembly inside the vessel body having a top portion rotatably coupled to the top portion of the vessel body, the impeller assembly having a plurality of planar blades, a central axis, a flexible shaft extending down from the top portion of the impeller assembly, a magnet receptacle molded within the plurality of planar blades, a magnet within the magnet receptacle, and an impeller o-ring coupled to a bottom surface of the planar blades. The vessel also includes a plurality of positioning nubs coupled to the bottom interior surface of the vessel body, spaced from an inside edge of the impeller o-ring.
Wave absorbing member attachable to paddle and plating apparatus including wave absorbing member
To prevent turbulence on a surface of a plating solution as much as possible and suppress spattering and splashing of the plating solution even when the plating solution is stirred. Provided is a wave absorbing member that is attachable to a paddle moveable in a horizontal direction to stir liquid. The wave absorbing member includes a thin plate shaped body portion configured to move on a liquid surface when moving in the horizontal direction and a front end portion designed to be tapered toward an end from the body portion.

EXHAUST GAS AFTERTREATMENT SYSTEM
An exhaust gas system includes an engine-turbine exhaust gas conduit, a turbocharger, a turbine-housing exhaust gas conduit, an injection housing, a dosing module, and a bypass system. The engine-turbine exhaust gas conduit is configured to receive exhaust gas. The turbocharger includes a turbine. The turbine is coupled to the engine-turbine exhaust gas conduit. The turbine-housing exhaust gas conduit is coupled to the turbine. The injection housing is coupled to the turbine-housing exhaust gas conduit and centered on an injection housing axis. The dosing module is coupled to the injection housing and includes an injector. The injector is configured to dose reductant into the injection housing. The injector is centered on an injector axis. The bypass system includes a bypass inlet conduit, a bypass valve, and a bypass outlet conduit. The bypass inlet conduit is coupled to the engine-turbine exhaust gas conduit.
Composition for a tobacco-free chew and method of manufacturing same
Exemplary embodiments contained herein relate to smokeless products containing one or more non-tobacco plant materials and methods of manufacture thereof. Exemplary embodiments are related to the method of manufacture of various chew products containing non-tobacco ingredients including plant material and a starch, a sweetener, natural and artificial flavors, a pH adjuster, solvent, salt, and nicotine and methods of manufacture thereof.
Beverage lid with built-in stirrer
An apparatus for stirring the contents of a beverage cup without removing the lid. The lid of the cup is equipped with a rotating disk. A shaft having a finger tab at its top and a paddle device at its bottom traverses the disk in an offset position relative to the center of the disk. When the disk is rotated by the shaft, the paddle is dragged through the beverage, thus stirring the beverage.
