DOUBLE SHAFT PADDLE MIXER AND ARRANGEMENT AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING PASTE
A double shaft paddle mixer, including a barrel chamber, and a first paddle screw and a second paddle screw. The first paddle screw is provided with first paddles and the second paddle screw is provided with second paddles. The barrel chamber includes a crushing zone and a mixing zone. The crushing zone is partly separated from the mixing zone by a partition member. A first inlet is connected to the crushing zone and a second inlet is connected to the mixing zone and an outlet connected to the mixing zone. The double shaft paddle mixer can be part of an arrangement and part of a method for producing paste.

INTEGRATED BLENDER AND FRICTION REDUCER SYSTEM
An integrated blender system includes a skid. The integrated blender system includes a blender assembly, including a blender tub including an outlet, a supply pipe coupled between a suction pump and the blender tub, and an outlet pipe coupled to the outlet of the blender tub. The integrated blender assembly includes a dry product additive system. The dry product additive system includes a skid, a hopper, a pickup funnel, a feeder system, a supply pump, and an eductor assembly. The feeder system may be configured to transport product from the hopper to the pickup funnel. The eductor assembly including a suction inlet, a motive inlet, and an outlet. The suction inlet may be coupled to the pickup funnel by a suction hose. The motive inlet may be coupled to the supply pump by a motive fluid hose. The outlet nozzle is positioned to eject fluid and product into the blender tub.
MACHINE FOR MAKING AND DISPENSING FOOD PRODUCTS
A machine for processing liquid or semi-liquid food products, includes: at least one container for containing the product to be processed; at least one stirrer, mounted inside the container, to rotate about an axis of rotation; the machine is characterized in that the stirrer comprises at least: a first protuberance extending along the axis of rotation; a plurality of scraping elements, each provided with a cavity for accommodating the first protuberance; a first locking element, removably associable with the first protuberance and movable between an engaged position, where it is locked to the first protuberance to couple the scraping elements to the first protuberance, and a disengaged position, where it is movable relative to the first protuberance to allow uncoupling the scraping elements.
MACHINE FOR MAKING AND DISPENSING FOOD PRODUCTS
A machine for processing liquid or semi-liquid food products, includes: at least one container for containing the product to be processed; at least one stirrer, mounted inside the container, to rotate about an axis of rotation; the machine is characterized in that the stirrer comprises at least: a first protuberance extending along the axis of rotation; a plurality of scraping elements, each provided with a cavity for accommodating the first protuberance; a first locking element, removably associable with the first protuberance and movable between an engaged position, where it is locked to the first protuberance to couple the scraping elements to the first protuberance, and a disengaged position, where it is movable relative to the first protuberance to allow uncoupling the scraping elements.
THERMOKINETIC MIXER FOR MELT-MIXING WASTE PLASTIC PRODUCTS
A thermokinetic mixer for melt mixing plastics waste includes a housing enclosing a mixing chamber, and a shaft protruding through the mixing chamber and connectable to a drive unit. In the mixing chamber, Y-shaped mixing blades protrude radially from the shaft, wherein the free end of the mixing blades protruding into the mixing chamber is cuboid, and the end opposite the free end of the mixing blades has two legs in each case having at least one through bore. The shaft has polygonal recesses, in which recesses the legs can be fastened by a fastener protruding through the through bores.

COMBINED CARBON DIOXIDE DISPOSAL AND FRESHWATER PRODUCTION FROM A SALINE AQUIFER
A method and a system for sequestering carbon dioxide (CO.sub.2) while producing freshwater are provided. An exemplary method includes producing saline water from a saline aquifer, desalinating at least a portion of the saline water, producing freshwater and waste brine, mixing waste CO.sub.2 with the waste brine forming a brine/CO.sub.2 mixture, and injecting the brine/CO.sub.2 mixture into the saline aquifer.
