A fluid mixing system includes a support housing having an interior surface bounding a chamber. A flexible bag is disposed within the chamber of the support housing, the flexible bag having an interior surface bounding a compartment. An impeller is disposed within the chamber of the flexible bag. A drive shaft is coupled with the impeller such that rotation of the drive shaft facilitates rotation of the impeller. A drive motor assembly is coupled with the draft shaft and is adapted to rotate the drive shaft. An adjustable arm assembly is coupled with the drive motor assembly and is adapted to move the drive motor assembly which in turn moves the position of the drive shaft and impeller. An electrical controller can control movement of the adjustable arm.

An agitation device used in the production of red wine that breaks the cap during fermentation is provided. The device has a body, a depth sensor and a flotation device secured to the exterior of the body. Holes in the body enable the body to submerge into wine in a vessel below the surface. A control system is coupled to the agitator and inflates the inflation device to move the device to the surface of the wine to break through a fermentation cap formed on the surface of the wine.

A device and method for filling at least one container with fill product are described. The device includes a product reservoir for accommodating the fill product and a stirring element (for stirring the fill product accommodated in the product reservoir. The invention relates to a stirring mechanism (90) for a machine for preparing chilled or frozen products comprising one motor, the stirring mechanism (90) comprising an input shaft (94) rotatable by the motor and an output shaft (98) providing the output movement of the stirring mechanism (90) such that depending on the direction of rotation of the input shaft (94), the positioning of the output shaft (98) is different with respect to the input shaft (94). Further, the invention relates to a machine (100) for preparing chilled or frozen products comprising a stirring mechanism (90) as described, the stirring mechanism (90) entraining in rotation stirring means (9) to prepare the product.
