MODULAR MATERIAL DELIVERY SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SETUP
The present invention is a modular system for delivering material directly to a blender hopper. The system includes primary base and optional secondary base modules supporting surge hoppers which receive material from material containers. The surge hopper may then dispense the material directly and rapidly to the blender hopper by gravity feed. During continuous operation, exhausted material containers may be removed from the surge hoppers and replaced with full material containers as material empties from the surge hoppers. This allows steady, high-volume flow of material to the blender hopper.
POWDERY-MATERIAL FEEDING DEVICE AND POWDERY-MATERIAL FEEDING METHOD
A powdery-material feeding device is configured to feed a powdery material to a compression-molding machine configured to obtain a molded product by filling a die bore with the powdery material and to compress the powdery material with punches. The powdery-material feeding device includes a detector configured to detect a biologically-originated foreign matter mixedly contained in the powdery material to be fed to the compression-molding machine, and a controller configured to control to remove the powdery material mixedly containing the biologically-originated foreign matter detected by the detector to avoid feeding of the powdery material mixedly containing the biologically-originated foreign matter to the compression-molding machine, or to control to stop the feeding of the powdery material to the compression-molding machine.
Blender
A blender has a mixing chamber for reception of materials to be blended. A mixing screw is mounted at a bottom of the mixing chamber for mixing materials within the mixing chamber and delivering mixed materials to an outlet feeding a processing line. Heaters are mounted within the mixing chamber for drying blend material in the mixing chamber.
BLENDER UNIT WITH INTEGRATED CONTAINER SUPPORT FRAME
In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, systems and methods for managing bulk material efficiently at a well site are provided. The disclosure is directed to a container support frame that is integrated into a blender unit. The support frame is used to receive one or more portable containers of bulk material, and the blender unit may include a gravity feed outlet for outputting bulk material from the containers directly into a mixer of the blender unit. The blender unit with integrated support frame may eliminate the need for any subsequent mechanical conveyance of the bulk material (e.g., via a separate mechanical conveying system or on-blender sand screws) from the containers to the mixer. As such, the integrated blender unit may be lighter weight, take up less space, and have a lower cost and complexity than existing blenders.
Relating to blenders
A blender has a mixing chamber for reception of materials to be blended. A mixing screw is mounted at a bottom of the mixing chamber for mixing materials within the mixing chamber and delivering mixed materials to an outlet feeding a processing line. Heaters are mounted within the mixing chamber for drying blend material in the mixing chamber.
Feed delivery device
The invention relates to a feed delivery device with at least two feed containers and a device for delivering, mixing and distributing feed. The mixing device and the distributing device are formed separately from each other and are movable relative to each other for assuming a transfer position in a transfer station, where the mixing device has a movement.
System and method for continuous processing of powder products
A system for continuous processing of powder products includes a first inlet configured to input a first dry powder product, a second inlet configured to input a second dry powder product, and a dry powder mixing device that mixes the first dry powder product together with the second dry powder product to form a product mixture. An outlet dispenses the product mixture from the dry powder mixing device. A production machine is included and has a powder feed frame comprising a feed frame inlet connected to the outlet of the dry powder mixing device. The outlet of the dry powder mixing device is positioned at a lower level than the feed frame inlet. A product conveying device is connected between the outlet of the dry powder mixing device and the feed frame inlet to continuously convey the product mixture from the dry powder mixing device to the feed frame inlet.
