An apparatus and a method for manufacturing instantly emulsified cosmetics is disclosed. The apparatus comprises: a housing; a pump in the housing for discharging an instantly emulsified emulsion outside of the housing; a first container in the housing for storing an internal fluid; a second container in the housing for storing a functional fluid including a functional raw material; a third container in the housing for storing an external fluid; a channel part in the housing for receiving the external fluid, the internal fluid and the functional fluid generate an emulsion; and a tube provides the pump with the emulsion generated in the channel part, wherein the channel part includes: a first channel for mixing the internal fluid and the functional fluid to generate a mixed fluid; and a second channel for mixing the mixed fluid provided from the first channel and the external fluid to generate an emulsion.
MIXER FOR CHROMATOGRAPHY SYSTEM
Described is a mixer for a chromatography system. The mixer includes an inlet manifold channel, an outlet manifold channel and a plurality of transfer channels. The inlet manifold channel has an inlet at a proximal end of the inlet manifold channel for receiving an inlet flow. The transfer channels are fluidly connected between the inlet and outlet manifold channels. The respective fluid connections are distributed along each of the inlet and outlet manifolds channels. The transfer channels have different volumes. The mixer may be formed of a plurality of layer and the layers may be diffusion bonded to each other.
MIXING SYSTEM AND MIXING METHOD
A mixing system and a mixing method are provided. The mixing system includes a main pump and at least one mixing apparatus. Each mixing apparatus includes a main pipeline, a premixing device and a shearing-mixing device. The main pipeline has a liquid inlet end communicated with the main pump and is configured to convey main liquid, and the main pipeline includes a first liquid outlet end and a second liquid outlet end. The premixing device has an input end communicated with the first liquid outlet end and is configured to premix the main liquid with powder to obtain premixed liquid. The shearing-mixing device is communicated with an output end of the premixing device to obtain the premixed liquid, and is provided with a first shearing-mixing liquid inlet communicated with the second liquid outlet end to obtain the main liquid, so that mixed liquid is obtained.
STATIC MIXER FOR BLENDING FLUIDS WITH MELT
A static homogenizing apparatus for blending a fluid additive with a polymer melt includes: (a) a homogenizing conduit; and (b) a plurality of homogenizing elements in the conduit for flow of the melted resin and fluid additive through the homogenizing elements in series. The plurality of homogenizing elements includes a plurality of mixing elements and at least one amplifier element. Each mixing element has a quantity of mixing channels passing therethrough, and each amplifier element has a quantity of amplifier channels passing therethrough. The quantity of amplifier channels is greater than the quantity of mixing channels.
DISPERSING DEVICE AND A METHOD FOR DISPERSING
A dispersing device is provided by which a dispersion with a high yield and a proper dispersing process can be carried out. The dispersing device causes a mixture of a slurry or a liquid to flow by centrifugal force toward an outer circumference between a rotor and a stator. It comprises a container, a cover assembly that closes an upper opening of the container, a stator that is fixed under the cover assembly, a rotor that is disposed to face a lower surface of the stator, and an assembly for supplying the mixture that stores an unprocessed mixture to be supplied to a gap between the rotor and the stator. The assembly for supplying the mixture has a body, a first member for injecting the mixture, and a second member for injecting the mixture.
CONTINUOUS READY MIX JOINT TREATMENT AND TEXTURE PRODUCT PRODUCTION
A continuous ready mix joint or texture compound manufacturing system and a method for continuously manufacturing a ready mix joint or texture compound includes a continuous mixer having an inlet and an outlet, a pump disposed at the outlet of the continuous mixer, and a disperger having an inlet and an outlet. The continuous mixer is adapted to receive at least one dry ingredient and at least one wet ingredient at the inlet and continuously mix the at least one dry ingredient and the at least one wet ingredient to form a mixed composition. The pump is adapted to pump the mixed composition from the outlet of the continuous mixer to the inlet of the disperger. The disperger is adapted to receive the mixed composition and apply a shear force to the mixed composition to form a homogenized, disperged composition.
WATER DISPENSERS FOR DISPENSING CARBONIZED WATER AND METHOD
The invention relates to a carbonized water dispensing device (1) provided with a carbonized water conditioning chamber (2), which conditioning chamber (2) is provided downstream of the carbonator (7) and upstream of the carbonized water dispensing outlet (5), for receiving a mixture of carbonized water mixed with unresolved CO2, which conditioning chamber (2) is dimensioned to hold a single serve of carbonized water with a headspace, and which carbonized water conditioning chamber (2) is provided with an outlet valve (17) and a gas outlet (18). According to the invention, the carbonized water dispensing device (1) is configured to, upon receiving a beverage dispensing order, provide the empty carbonized water conditioning chamber (2) with a single serve volume of carbonized water, and hold the single serve of carbonized water prior to dispensing the single serve volume of carbonized water.
Process for treating fluid
Embodiments of a process for treating a fluid are provided. The process for treating a fluid includes supplying a first fluid to a circulating chamber and introducing a first gas to the first fluid. A portion of the first gas is dissolved in the first fluid and a portion of the first gas is held in a head space portion of the circulating chamber. The process further includes mixing a portion of the first fluid drawn out from the circulating chamber and a portion of the first gas drawn out from the head space portion to form a mixture. The process further includes spraying the mixture back into the circulating chamber by a two-fluid nozzle. In addition, the first gas is further dissolved into the first fluid to form a high conductivity fluid. The process further includes draining the high conductivity fluid from the circulating chamber.

An apparatus for mixing comprising a vessel 302 for holding a product comprising a liquid base and an ingredient, a rotor 304 for providing a first flow 306 of said product inside said vessel and a double agitator for providing a second flow 312 of said product inside said vessel. The double agitator comprises a first agitator 308 arranged to rotate in an outer section of said vessel, and a second agitator 310 arranged to rotate in an inner section of said vessel.

An apparatus for making a battery slurry is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a vacuum system providing a vacuum environment, a dry powder mixing device mixing a plurality of powdery materials uniformly to obtain a dry powder, a kneading device kneading the dry powder with the first part solvent to form a doughy mixture, and a high speed dispersing device dispersing the doughy mixture to the second part solvent to form the battery slurry. The vacuum system, the dry powder mixing device, the kneading device, and the high speed dispersing device are connected to each other.
