SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PURIFICATION OF DRINKING WATER, ETHANOL AND ALCOHOL BEVERAGES OF IMPURITIES
A system and method of the purification of drinking water, ethanol and alcohol beverages is based on the action of hydrodynamic cavitation processing of microbiological and chemical contaminants, micro particles and colloidal particles. The fluid flow moves at a high rate through a multi-stage cavitation device and filtration module to generate hydrodynamic cavitation features in the fluid flow. The cavitation features generate changes in the velocity, pressure, temperature, chemical composition and physical properties of the liquid. The cavitation features also prevent the deposition of contaminants upon and remove contaminants from the surface of the filter module, reduce the load on the filter elements and increase the life of the filter module.
NUT PASTE PREPARATION FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE
A nut paste preparation for food and beverages is formed by processing blanched, unroasted nuts into a nut based flour having a mean particle size between about 0.002 and 0.012 inches. The processing occurs without adding water and oil. The temperature during processing does not exceed 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The nut based flour is sheared without adding water and oil to form a nut paste. The temperature during shearing does not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The nut paste after shearing has a mean particle size of about 1 to about 40 microns.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE PASTE PREPARATION FROM NUTS, GRAINS, AND SEEDS
A food and beverage paste preparation is formed by delivering a flour derived from nuts, seeds, grain or beans into a shear mixer. The flour may have a mean particle size between about 0.002 and 0.012 inches and a moisture content between about 4 to about 6 percent. The flour is sheared without adding water for mixing to form a food and beverage paste. The temperature during shearing does not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit and the food and beverage paste after shearing has a mean particle size of about 1 to about 40 microns.

ULTRAFINE BUBBLE GENERATING METHOD, ULTRAFINE BUBBLE GENERATING APPARATUS, AND ULTRAFINE BUBBLE-CONTAINING LIQUID
Provided is an UFB generating apparatus and an UFB generating method capable of efficiently generating an UFB-containing liquid with high purity. The ultrafine bubble generating apparatus includes a generating unit that generates ultrafine bubbles in a liquid and a post-processing unit that performs predetermined post-processing on the ultrafine bubble-containing liquid generated by the generating unit. The generating unit generates the ultrafine bubbles by causing a heating element, which is provided in the liquid on which the pre-processing is performed, to generate heat to generate film boiling on an interface between the liquid and the heating element.
To this end, the ultrafine bubble generating apparatus includes a pre-processing unit that performs predetermined pre-processing on a liquid W and a generating unit that generates ultrafine bubbles in the liquid on which the pre-processing is performed. The generating unit generates the ultrafine bubbles by causing a heating element, which is provided in the liquid on which the pre-processing is performed, to generate heat to generate film boiling on an interface between the liquid and the heating element.
Device for mixing water and diesel oil, apparatus and process for producing a water/diesel oil micro-emulsion
An apparatus for preparing a water/diesel oil micro-emulsion comprises a mixing device operatively connected to a mixing tank. The mixing device comprises a cone shaped septum placed in a duct, coaxial with respect to a main direction and tapering towards an outlet nozzle. The cone shaped septum is provided with a plurality of holes made through its conical wall. A plurality of lamellae is arranged in at least a portion of the duct placed downstream of the cone shaped septum, divides the portion in a plurality of small chambers and is provided with through holes. The holes and the small chambers delimit a labyrinth passageway for the liquid flowing through the duct towards the outlet nozzle.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURE OF JOINT COMPOUND
Embodiments of a system and a method for continuously manufacturing a joint compound can be used to produce ready mix joint compound. The system includes means for continuously mixing wet and dry joint compound ingredients together and means for homogenizing multiple volumetric units of mixed joint compound to reduce variation in at least one joint compound material property (e.g., viscosity) across multiple successively produced volumetric units of mixed joint compound (relating to standard commercial packaging sizes for joint compound, such as five-gallon pails, for example) relative to the material property of the respective multiple volumetric units before passing through the means for homogenizing.

The emulsifying device has a housing and a shaft, the shaft being drivable in a contactless manner, the housing having a guide apparatus having a plurality of guide channels for guiding the flow, and/or the housing being made at least partially from fiber composite material.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LIQUID DISINFECTION
The efficiency of water disinfection can be significantly increased by supplying the ozone in combination with oxygen to an inlet of a cavitation pump or a line atomizer. A compressor can be introduced at an inlet of the cavitation pump or the line atomizer, compressing the gas mixture at a pressure higher than the pressure within pump or the atomizer. The compressed gases are provided to the inlet of the atomizer or the pump, where the compressed gases mix with the water and enter the cavitation pump or the line atomizer (where most of the dissolution of the gases happens). The compressor allows to increase the amount of oxygen and ozone provided to the pump or the line atomizer, increasing their dissolved concentration. In addition to the disinfecting properties, the higher level of oxygen correlates to an improved taste of the water.
