Color Mixing Device
A color mixing device is provided. The color mixing device includes: a mounting cabinet, a plurality of injection assemblies, a conveying assembly, a drive part, and a controller. A sliding table assembly arranged in a first direction is mounted in the mounting cabinet. The plurality of injection assemblies are arranged in the mounting cabinet in rows and columns. Each injection assembly has a material storage cavity and a discharge nozzle communicated with the material storage cavity. The conveying assembly is movably arranged on the sliding table assembly in the first direction. The conveying assembly has a mounting station and an injection station relative to the mounting cabinet. When the conveying assembly is positioned at the injection station, the each injection assembly positioned on the conveying assembly is capable of injecting a material through a corresponding discharge nozzle.
PRECISION POWDER COATING BATCH SYSTEM
A multi-tiered precision powder coating batch system configured to enable simultaneous preparation of a first and second batch of powder coatings. The multi-tiered precision powder coating batch system including a plurality of storage bins configured to store a corresponding plurality of raw materials for preparation of batches of powder coatings, each of the storage bins including an automated dispenser configured to dispense a desired quantity of raw material within the storage bins into a corresponding first raw material container located on a first tier, and a second raw material container located on a second tier, and a robotic arm configured to sequence a transfer of the raw material contents of the first tier raw material containers into a first tier mixing container for preparation of a first batch of a powder coating, and to sequence a transfer of the raw material contents of the second tier raw material containers into a second tier mixing container for a simultaneous preparation of a second batch of a powder coating.
Systems and methods of custom condiment dispensing
Systems and methods of custom condiment dispensing include a reservoir of base condiment and a plurality of flavoring reservoirs. A first pump is pneumatically connected to the reservoir of base condiment. The second pump is pneumatically connected to at least one flavoring reservoir of the plurality of flavoring reservoirs. A nozzle is fluidly connected to the reservoir of base condiment and fluidly connected to the plurality of flavoring reservoirs. The nozzle is configured to simultaneously dispense the base condiment and at least one flavoring therethrough. A controller receives the user selections of the base condiment and the at least one flavoring and operates the first pump and the second pump to dispense base condiment and at least one flavoring.
METHODS AND SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS FOR TINTING USING LOW RESOLUTION SPECTROPHOTOMETER
Methods and software applications for transmitting high-resolution spectral curve data to a tinter for generating a tint formula usable to custom-tint a base paint or coating to match the color of a sensed surface. The high-resolution spectral curve data is derived from low-resolution or wideband spectral data obtained via a low resolution or wideband spectrophotometer. Additional user information, order information, or location information may be transmitted to the tinter.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ANALYZING AND TREATING HAIR
An apparatus for producing a hair dye, includes a housing; a display at least partially disposed in the housing and viewable externally from the housing; a rotary storage container holder assembly disposed in the housing and configured to hold ingredient storage containers; a holder support assembly; a first motor disposed in the housing and configured to interact with the storage containers; a second motor disposed in the housing and configured to control a position of the rotary storage container holder assembly relative to the first motor; and a controller configured to actuate the first and second motors.
ADDITIVE DELIVERY CONTROL SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A modular flow monitoring package (MFMP) is provided for use in an additive delivery system. The MFMP may be manufactured as an add-on to be added to an existing additive delivery system, or may be incorporated into a cartridge or container structure. The MFMP includes a flow sensor for sensing flow of a base fluid and user actuator position sensors for sensing the position of one or more user actuated additive flow adjustment levers. A visual display, which may comprise an array of multi-color LED's may convey information to a user that is relevant to a user's use of the additive delivery system or the user's nutritional needs. Such information may include a current dosage of additive, being delivered, whether a recommended dosage of additive has been consumed, remaining life of a cartridge or supply of additive, and other data relative to health or performance monitoring.
TINTING WATER-BORNE AND SOLVENT-BORNE PAINTS AND STAINS WITH POWDERED COLORANTS
A point-of-sale custom color system for tinting base paints and stains includes an array of powdered colorants, including at least white, green, blue and red colorants, which can be used to tint water-borne paints and stains. When tinting solvent-borne base paints or stains, a synergist containing one or more cosolvents, dispersing agents or surfactants is added to or is a part of the solvent-borne base paint or stains, and enables effective tinting using the powdered colorants.
Instant cosmetic preparation device and throwaway mixing container therefor
An instant cosmetic preparation device includes: a housing; a finished product container transfer part which is configured to transfer to a finished product container filled with a cosmetic mixture stored inside the housing to a sealing position; a sealing part which is arranged inside the housing; and a control unit which is arranged inside the housing for controlling the operation of the sealing part to seal an open injection port of the finished product container.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING CUSTOM COSMETIC PRODUCTS
A system for providing custom cosmetic products includes a lower base configured to receive a plurality of containers, an upper base, and a plurality of dispensing cylinders coupled to the upper base. The dispensing cylinders are configured to selectively deposit cosmetic ingredients into the containers.
SIMULTANEOUS METERED BULK DELIVERY FROM TWO OR MORE BULK STORAGE CONTAINERS INTO A MIXED STORAGE VESSEL
The system, in one aspect, includes a first bulk storage container for holding a first bulk dry flowable material having a first dispensing assembly coupled with a first outlet, and a second bulk storage container for holding a second bulk dry flowable material having a second dispensing assembly coupled with the second outlet. The system, in one aspect, may further include a mixed storage vessel, as well as a controller in communication with the first dispensing assembly and the second dispensing assembly, the controller programmed to cause the first dispensing assembly to discharge the first amount of the first dry flowable material to the mixed storage vessel and cause the second dispensing assembly to discharge the second amount of the second dry flowable material to the mixed storage vessel over a comparable time period based upon weight based readings the controller receives from first and second load cells.
