The method comprises (1) finding out an automobile information ID card printed with a color number on an automobile body to be refinished, finding out a color code of the automobile body or getting a close color card code through comparison, and finding out a weight formula of the refinishing paints to be used through a reader or a computer color-matching system; or using a spectrophotometer to detect coatings of the automobile body to be refinished at a position where a surface of the coatings is complete, and outputting a weight formula of the refinishing paints after calculation; and (2) converting the weight formula of the refinishing paints into a corresponding volume formula of the refinishing paints according to a measured specific gravity of a color masterbatch.

A method is provided for preparing a hair dye color mixture. The method includes: accessing a control system having at least a processor, a memory, and user input controls, the memory configured to store ingredients of a hair dye color mixture, receiving user input from the user input controls to change one or more ingredients of the hair dye color mixture to a new product brand; matching the color of the hair dye color mixture using one or more ingredients of the new product brand, in response to the user input; and displaying the ingredients of the hair dye color mixture in the new product brand on a display.

After the transferring the first and second volumes to the bottle, the method includes moving the bottle to a mixing station and mixing a content of the bottle to form the fluid mixture, closing the bottle in a closing station, sealing the bottle in a sealing station, and dispensing the bottle to a user.

The method includes: providing a control system having at least a memory, input controls, and a display; storing in the memory at least one formula, the formula including one or more colorants and/or dye blending materials, and wherein each colorant and/or blending material is separately assigned to an initial product brand; receiving input from the input controls to change a colorant and/or blending material from the initial product brand to one or more subsequent product brands, and wherein the control system recalculates components of the formula using the one or more subsequent product brands in response to receiving input from the input controls; and matching the color of the hair dye color mixture made from colorants and/or dye blending materials of the initial product brand using colorants and/or dye blending materials of the one or more subsequent product brands, in response to the input.

Computer-controlled single manufacturing system for generating individualized mixtures
There is disclosed a computer-controlled dispenser system. The system includes a first set of repositories for fluid components suitable for combination into different mixtures, a second set of repositories for viscous components suitable for combination into different mixtures, and a dispensing nozzle where the fluid and viscous components are dispensed. The system further includes a set of valves and pumps for moving fluid and viscous components to a dispensing nozzle and a scale for measuring an amount of fluid and viscous components dispensed from the dispensing nozzle. The system enables computer control to ensure accurate output of both fluid and viscous components according to the instructions received for their creation.

This invention relates to a device for controlling at least one of a plurality of electrical loads that are being supplied by at least one renewable energy generator and/or an electrical mains supply. The device comprises an energy sensor for measuring an energy parameter, wherein the energy parameter equates to a value representative of the amount of energy output by the energy sensor, the energy parameter of the energy sensor being directly proportional to the output of the at least one renewable energy generator; a controller means for determining the amount of electrical loads that can be connected or disconnected on the basis of the measured energy parameter; a switching device for connecting and disconnecting the at least one electrical load based on an output of the controller means; and wherein as the energy parameter varies the output of the controller means varies to connect and disconnect electrical loads.
