MIXING UNIT FOR MIXING FLUIDS
A mixing unit (100) for mixing of fluids is disclosed. The mixing unit (100) includes a mixing chamber (102) for holding one or more fluids and a driving assembly (104) operatively engaged to the mixing chamber (102). The driving assembly (104) is configured to oscillate the mixing chamber (102) for mixing the one or more fluids. The mixing chamber (102) of the mixing unit (100) enables better mixing of fluids in a convenient manner. Further less amount of cleaning fluids may be only required for cleaning the mixing chamber (102) after the mixing process. The mixing unit (100) can be used for mixing amino acids with different fluids however this unit can be used for mixing other fluids as well.
Venturi mixer with adjustable flow restrictor
An apparatus for mixing a liquid and a substance, including a housing with a liquid inlet and a substance inlet to a mixing chamber, an outlet for a mixture of liquid and substance, and a flow restrictor arranged in the housing, between the liquid inlet and the mixing chamber. The flow restrictor is controllable to switch between a first position providing a first through flow area configured to create a Venturi effect such that a flow of the liquid draws the substance into the mixing chamber, and a second position providing a second through flow area that is larger than the first through flow area to thereby decrease a pressure drop caused by the flow restrictor.
DEVICE FOR CLEANING A TOOL, IN PARTICULAR A MIXER PROPELLER, AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A device and method for cleaning a tool, in particular a rotatable tool. The device includes a receptacle that has a longitudinal axis and contains at least one work portion of a tool that is to be cleaned; a plurality of brushing threads to be placed in the receptacle such that the threads are not parallel to the longitudinal axis, preferably extending at an angle or substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis, with at least three thread support sections that support the brushing threads and are spaced angularly apart at regular intervals around the longitudinal axis.
DIFFUSOR
The invention relates to a diffusor for adding of gases into water, said diffusor comprising a perforated tube (1) and at least one supply tube (2), said the at least one supply tube (2) is at one end coupled to a source for supplying gas and at the other end in fluid communication with the perforated tube (1), the gas is supplied to the perforated tube (1) through at least one inner supply tube (4; 5; 15) extending from the supply tube (2) to the perforated tube (1). The invention is distinctive in that at the least one inner supply tube (4; 5; 15) is a non-perforating tube and has at least one outlet (4a, 5a, 15a) situated at a free end of the at least one inner supply tube (4, 5, 15), said gas is adapted to be distributed into the perforated tube (1) through the at least one outlet (4a, 5a, 15a).
FOOD PROCESSOR WITH CLEANING ACCESSORY AND METHODS OF USING SAME
A method of cleaning a food processor includes: (a) providing a food processor a base that includes a rotary power driver having a rotatable shaft; a bowl mounted on the base; and a food processing blade attached to the shaft within the bowl; (b) inserting a cleaning accessory into the bowl above the food processing blade; (c) introducing cleaning fluid into the bowl; and (d) rotating the food processing blade with the rotatable shaft to agitate the cleaning fluid.
Mixing systems for ready-to-use flush solutions
The mixing system for ready-to-use flush solutions is characterized by an RO system, a mixing unit that is connected to the RO system and that contains a mixing chamber, to which high-purity water can be fed from the RO system and flush solution concentrate can be fed from a concentrate source, and a flush solution link connector, wherein the RO system and the mixing unit form a filling station, a mobile flush solution container that contains a pressurized container that receives a flush solution bag that can be coupled to the flush solution link connector of the mixing unit, and a computer and control mechanism for all measurement and monitoring tasks during the local production of a flush solution, wherein the mobile flush solution container and the filling station are provided with sensors by means of which wireless communication is made possible between the mobile flush solution container and the filling station.
Device for producing a multicomponent mixture
A device for producing a multicomponent mixture having a mixing chamber which is surrounded by a chamber wall, the device further includes an outlet for a multicomponent mixture and into which at least two component valves and at least one flushing valve open, the flushing valve being in connection on the inlet side with a temperature control channel system which is associated with the chamber wall and through which water can flow.
AUTOMATED SOLUTION DISPENSER
Provided herein are methods and systems of the invention that include the use of an automated solution dispenser to form a solution according to at least one target characteristic. A controller may be operatively connected to the automated solution dispenser, wherein the controller is programmed to direct mixing of one or more solids and one or more liquids to produce the solution. At least a portion of the solution can be dispensed into one or more containers.
Smoothie machine and methods of making smoothies
Methods and systems for conveniently producing fresh smoothies, which can be tailored to the particular nutritional requirements and desires of the individual customer. The system is typically a semi-automatic or fully automatic system and may be in the form of a vending machine for smoothies. It allows a consumer to select ingredients and other options, and provides a freshly-made smoothie in a short amount of time. The system generally includes a user input apparatus for receiving orders and customer preferences, and then makes a smoothie to order, delivers the smoothie to the customer, and cleans the blending device.
