Recording mixer rotation rate along with weight of feed and date and time
A method includes the step of receiving a first weight value from a sensor associated with a feed mixer. A first rotation speed associated with the first weight value is monitored. A second weight value is received from the sensor associated with the feed mixer and a second rotation speed associated with the second weight value is monitored. A mixing profile is generated based on the first weight value, the second weight value, the first rotation speed, and the second rotation speed. In one embodiment, a first feed ingredient is associated with the first weight value and a second feed ingredient is associated with the second weight value.
Auxiliary cooling fan for a bleeding system
A blender system includes a blender base that is selectively and operably engaged with a container. The blender base may include a housing that houses a motor operatively driving a mixing blade, and a fan. The fan may operate independent of the motor. The fan may force air through the blender base to cool the motor and other operative components of the blender base.
MONITORING DEVICE, MONITORING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
A mixer control device having a function of a monitoring device acquires measurement data of monitoring target information that is obtained through measurement when a rubber material is kneaded by a mixer. In addition, the mixer control device compares the measurement data and reference data that is selected in past measurement data of the monitoring target information and performs abnormality determination. The mixer control device acquires measurement data that is measured from predetermined mixing operation initiation timing in a series of mixing operations of a rubber material in the mixer for every unit of the series of mixing operation.
Mortar delivery system
A Mortar Delivery System is described. The Mortar Delivery System provides precise control of the delivery and application of mortar in addition to the mixing and tempering of mortar. Such control eliminates the use of a hand trowel in brick, block and stone laying applications. Sensing and control are integrated with the Mortar Delivery System to make it an important element of a robotic brick laying system. The Mortar Delivery System contains sensors to measure mortar viscosity and workability, mortar flow rate, and mortar nozzle pressure. The data from the Mortar Delivery System sensors can be used to change the rotational speed of the shear blades, change the amount of water being used for mixing or tempering, and change the delivery speed of the mortar. Such changes result in precise control of mortar that is in turn suitable for automated or semi-automated building processes.
