CONTAINERIZED SYSTEM FOR MIXING DRY ADDITIVES WITH BULK MATERIAL

In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, systems and methods for efficiently handling dry additives to be mixed with bulk material in a blender are provided. The systems may include a support structure used to direct bulk material from one or more portable containers on the support structure to a first outlet location, and a combined metering/transferring system for directing dry additives from another portable container to a second outlet location. Specifically, the metering/transferring system may output a metered flow of dry additives to the blender mixer to be combined with bulk material that is released from the portable containers. The metering/transferring system may utilize a gravity feed outlet coupled to a metered screw or other conveying device to move the dry additive from the portable container to the second outlet location.

The coupling system may include a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure in the water line, a solenoid safety valve, a control valve, a flow meter and a controller that controls the flow of oxygen from the source of compressed liquid oxygen to the water line using the components of the coupling system, without using a special cavitation valve and using off-the-shelf components while achieving the same benefits as a system incorporating the special cavitation valve.

A separation device with two-stage gas-liquid mixture and conical spiral fields is provided. A two-stage uniform mixing control system and a gas-liquid separation control system automatically regulate and control the flow and the flow pressure of the gas-liquid two-phase flow, the gas-liquid uniform mixing flow and degassed gas flow and degassed liquid flow.

MIXING SYSTEM AND MIXING METHOD

A mixing system and a mixing method are provided. The mixing system includes a main pump and at least one mixing apparatus. Each mixing apparatus includes a main pipeline, a premixing device and a shearing-mixing device. The main pipeline has a liquid inlet end communicated with the main pump and is configured to convey main liquid, and the main pipeline includes a first liquid outlet end and a second liquid outlet end. The premixing device has an input end communicated with the first liquid outlet end and is configured to premix the main liquid with powder to obtain premixed liquid. The shearing-mixing device is communicated with an output end of the premixing device to obtain the premixed liquid, and is provided with a first shearing-mixing liquid inlet communicated with the second liquid outlet end to obtain the main liquid, so that mixed liquid is obtained.
