MIXING ASSEMBLY AND MIXING METHOD
A mixing system includes a tank assembly and a container positioned within the tank assembly, the container bounding a compartment. A mixer is disposed within the compartment of the container. A shaft has a first end secured to the mixer and an opposing second end disposed outside of the container. An actuation mechanism is coupled with the second end of the shaft outside of the container and reciprocally moves the shaft and the mixer a stroke length, the stroke length being adjusted based on a pre-programmed protocol or signals from a sensor.
Micro puree machine with angled bowl
A micro puree machine has a drive motor positioned within a lower portion of a housing extending along a vertical axis. A mixing shaft positioned within an upper portion of the housing extends at a non-parallel angle relative to the vertical axis. The bowl of ingredients is installed to an angled surface of the upper portion of the housing along the mixing shaft axis, allowing for easier viewing of the bowl installation.
RECIPROCATING STIRRING APPARATUS HAVING MICRO BUBBLE GENERATING DEVICE
A reciprocating stirrer device with which favorable gas absorption into the stirred substance can be obtained. The reciprocating stirrer device is obtained from: a stirring vessel in which the substance to be stirred is placed; a reciprocating drive shaft provided inside the stirring vessel; a stirring blade connected and affixed so as to intersect the drive shaft; and a microbubble-generating unit. The microbubble-generating unit is obtained from a sparger that is made of a porous body and a gas supply means for supplying a gas to the sparger. Bubbles are generated in the substance being stirred by passing gas supplied to the sparger by the gas supply means through pores of the porous body.
Nut Butter Mixing Apparatus
A nut butter mixing apparatus includes a base, a rotary drive unit, a rocking assembly, a holder, a first stabilizer, a second stabilizer, a transmission unit, a first rotational mechanism, and a second rotational mechanism. The rocking assembly is moveably mounted to the base by the first stabilizer and the second stabilizer. The rotary drive unit is rotationally engaged in between a left rail and a right rail of the rocking assembly through the base, wherein the rotary drive radially moves the rocking assembly. The holder is rotatably mounted to the rocking assembly. The first rotational mechanism is operatively coupled to the rotary drive unit through the transmission unit, wherein the first rotational mechanism rotates the holder. The second rotational mechanism is operatively coupled to the rotary drive through the transmission unit, wherein the second rotational mechanism angularly moves the rocking assembly.
CONTAINER DRIVE FOR A TRAJECTORY
A drive with which a container can be driven and positively guided in a plane along a trajectory curve, and a method for treating ingredients, in particular mixtures, in a container which is driven and positively guided along a trajectory curve by means of the drive. The drive has the advantage of using only rotary drives to move a container in a positively guided reciprocating movement along a trajectory curve.
Mixing apparatus, mixing system and method for mixing substances in closed containers
A mixing apparatus containing a drive unit having a drive and a shaft that is pivotable about a pivot axis and is operatively connected to the drive. A pivotable receptacle is arranged on the shaft, where the pivot axis is oriented essentially horizontally, and the pivotable receptacle has a base plate and at least one retainer spaced therefrom, and the pivotable receptacle is configured in such a way that holders for containers can be inserted between the base plate and the at least one retainer in the direction of the pivot axis.
Micro puree machine with fixed motors
A micro puree machine has a mixing shaft attachable to a blade that is subject to both linear and rotational movement. A drive motor is contained within a lower portion of the machine housing and operatively couples to a first gear that engages a second gear on the mixing shaft for rotation of the mixing blade. A position motor within the upper housing operates to move the mixing blade linearly to engage the ingredients in the bowl. During both axial and rotational movement of the mixing shaft, the drive motor and the position motor remain stationary within their respective positions in the housing.
