BLENDER HAVING BI-DIRECTIONALLY ROTATABLE BLADES
A blender includes a blade assembly including a main blade shaft that is coupled to a first blade and a first main coupler so as to rotate in a forward direction and a reverse-rotation blade shaft that is coupled to a second blade and a first reverse-rotation coupler so as to rotate in a reverse direction, a gearbox assembly including a main gear shaft coupled to a second main coupler, which is engaged with the first main coupler, so as to rotate in the forward direction, a plurality of gears configured to convert the forward rotation of the main gear shaft to reverse rotation, and a second reverse-rotation coupler configured to transmit the reverse rotation transmitted through the plurality of gears to the first reverse-rotation coupler, and a case that has the gearbox assembly provided therein.
Method and apparatus for linear and rotational container agitation
A linear actuator member applies a vertical force to a vessel or to a holding apparatus in which a vessel is contained. A linear to angular motion constraining member such as a cage structure having a helical track translates linearly directed force and motion applied by the linear actuator member into a combined linear and rotational motion of the vessel. The combined vertical and rotational motion of the vessel in response to the vertical force is repeatable according to a predefined agitation pattern for mixing components in the vessel.
BEARING HOUSING ASSEMBLY FOR A BLENDER JAR
A blender assembly includes a blender jar having a bottom wall. The bottom wall includes first and second surfaces opposing one another and an interior edge defining an opening. A bearing housing is positioned at least partially within the opening and is spaced apart from the first surface of the bottom wall and the interior edge of the bottom wall. A nut is operably coupled with the bearing housing and is spaced apart from a second surface of the bottom wall. A gasket assembly is positioned to maintain a spacing of the bearing housing and the nut relative to the bottom wall. The gasket assembly is positioned over the interior edge of the bottom wall.
ROTATING MEMBER, KNEADING MACHINE MEMBER, AND KNEADING MACHINE USING SAME, BEARING AND BEARING UNIT USING SAME
A rotating member of the present disclosure mainly includes ceramics and includes a first through-hole into which a shaft is inserted and a second through-hole into which a key protruding from an outer peripheral surface of the shaft or a solid lubricant in direct or indirect sliding contact with the outer peripheral surface of the shaft is inserted. The second through-hole is a polygonal shape if viewed in an axial direction of the first through-hole and includes a notch part extending along the axial direction at at least one corner.
STIRRING DEVICE
The sealing performance of a stirring device and the abrasion resistance of a seal are improved. A stirring device includes a stirring tank that defines a stirring chamber; a plurality of stirring blades that are disposed in the stirring chamber; a shear blade drive shaft that extends from a lower side of the stirring tank to the stirring chamber and rotationally drives at least one shear blade among the plurality of stirring blades; and a fixed ring and a rotating ring that is disposed radially outside the shear blade drive shaft and seals between the stirring tank and the shear blade drive shaft. A sealing surface of the mechanical seal structure is formed at the same height as or above a lowermost portion of the stirring chamber.
Chemical Mixer Tool for Use in a Storage Drum
A chemical mixer tool for use in a storage drum is described. The chemical mixer tool typically comprises a mixer housing assembly in which one end of a mixer shaft is secured, the distal end of the mixer shaft having at least one collapsible impeller assembly removably attached thereon. The chemical mixer tool is configured to be removably secured to the top portion of the storage drum, with the distal end of the mixing shaft extending into the interior of the storage drum.

SLURRY MIXER FOR A BATTERY ELECTRODE
A slurry mixer for a battery electrodecapable of maximally simplifying a configuration of a high-speed stirring body to minimize a rotational load, such that a stirring time of the slurry may be greatly reduced and productivity may be increased, preventing a powdery material from being accumulated on an upper side face and an upper surface of a low-speed stirring body, preventing a deterioration in a performance, failure and a reduction in a life span of a high-speed stirring shaft and bearing, and uniformly stirring mixed materials located at inner corners and a bottom of a container, thereby further increasing stirring efficiency.
Carbonated beverage apparatus
A carbonated beverage apparatus includes a freezing cylinder for receiving a mixture, and a stirring pusher disposed inside the freezing cylinder for pushing and mixing the mixture from an inlet of the freezing cylinder to an outlet thereof in a spiral manner, wherein the mixture is removed from the inner wall of the freezing cylinder radially back into a center portion of the freezing cylinder by the stirring pusher.
