SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING SECURITY TO A GAME CONTROLLER DEVICE FOR ELECTRONIC TRADING
A system for managing electronic trading, compnses an interface application including a mapping module that defines a plurality of controller signal relationships. Each controller signal relationship associates one or more of a plurality of game controller signals with one of a plurality of trading system commands associated with the electronic trading of financial instruments. The interface application receives a plurality of game controller signals generated by a game controller, and determines, based on the controller signal relationships, that one or more of the plurality of received game controller signals are erroneous. The interface application causes the communication of a command to lock the game controller based on the determination of the one or more erroneous game controller signals.
CONNECTED ENTERTAINMENT DEVICE
Systems and methods are disclosed for connected entertainment devices. In one implementation, location identifier(s) are received from a first device and processed to identify biometric identifier(s) associated with users determined to be present within a defined proximity of the first device. The identified biometric identifier(s) are provided to the first device. An action notification is received from the first device, the action notification including location identifier(s) associated with the first device, input(s) originating from sensor(s) of the first device, and an identifier associated with a target of the action. The action notification is processed in relation to location identifier(s) associated with the target of the action to determine a result of the action. Operations are initiated based on the result of the action.
MASSIVE SIMULTANEOUS REMOTE DIGITAL PRESENCE WORLD
Various methods and apparatus are described herein for enabling one or more users to interface with virtual or augmented reality environments. An example system includes a computing network having computer servers interconnected through high bandwidth interfaces to gateways for processing data and/or for enabling communication of data between the servers and one or more local user interface devices. The servers include memory, processing circuitry, and software for designing and/or controlling virtual worlds, as well as for storing and processing user data and data provided by other components of the system. One or more virtual worlds may be presented to a user through a user device for the user to experience and interact. A large number of users may each use a device to simultaneously interface with one or more digital worlds by using the device to observe and interact with each other and with objects produced within the digital worlds.

Universal handheld controller of a computer system
A handheld controller having at least one input device, a left capacitive sensor electrode mounted in a left portion of the handheld device; a right capacitive sensor electrode mounted in a right portion of the handheld device; and a microcontroller. The input device is configured to receive user inputs provided via a finger of the hand holding the handheld controller. The handheld controller is symmetric from left to right. The microcontroller is configured to determine whether the hand is a left hand or a right hand based on measurements made via the left capacitive sensor electrode and the right capacitive sensor electrode and dynamically configures the handheld controller has left-handed or right-handed based on the measurements.

Interacting with game elements using eye movement tracking
A method of operating an electronic gaming machine includes displaying a moving object to a viewer on a display screen of the electronic gaming machine, detecting and tracking eye movement of the viewer in relation to the moving object over a predetermined time period, comparing the eye movement of the viewer in relation to the object over the predetermined time period to a displayed position of the object over the predetermined time period, and determining based on the comparison that the eye of the viewer in relation to the moving object is tracking the object. Related systems and devices are disclosed.
