Device for mixing at least two fluid components, rotationally-driven mixer insert therefor, and system of the two
The invention relates to a mixer insert having a support rod element and at least one vortexing element and a rotary drive connection structure, wherein the mixer insert, for insertion into a tubular passage element, and together therewith, is adapted to a device for mixing at least two fluid components to be placeable by means of the rotary-drive connection structure in drive connection with a driveshaft of the device, when the mixer insert is inserted into the passage element and the passage element is placed in fluid-tight flow connection with at least two component feed lines of the device, characterized in that the rotary-drive connection structure has a bore hole having a bore hole wall which are adapted to a thread on the driveshaft in such a manner that the bore hole, for producing the drive connection, can be screwed onto the thread, wherein the bore hole wall is shaped by the thread. The invention also relates to such a device for mixing and also to a system of such a device and such a mixer insert.
APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING COSMETIC
Provided according to an aspect of the invention may be an apparatus for manufacturing cosmetic, which includes a housing which forms an outer appearance; an internal phase container which is provided in the housing, and which stores internal phase fluid excluding surfactant; an external phase container which is provided in the housing, and which stores external phase fluid excluding surfactant; a channel unit which generates emulsion by mixing the internal phase fluid provided from the internal phase container and the external fluid provided from the external phase container; and an operative unit which provides external force required to form and discharge emulsion at the channel unit by manipulation of a user.
BEVERAGE POD
A container includes a receptacle to hold nutrients and other food contents for a smoothie. The container is used with a larger vessel such as a blender into which the capsule is inserted and into which water or other fluid is poured. When the blender is closed, the container opens to release its contents for blending with the fluid into a delicious, healthful smoothie. The container may have a cover with opening flaps and relatively movable elements that pivot the flaps open when opposite forces are applied to the container by the larger vessel.
AN APPARATUS FOR DISPENSING A MIXTURE OF A DILUENT AND AN ADDITIVE FOR SANITATION, COSMETIC OR CLEANING APPLICATIONS
An apparatus for dispensing a mixture of a diluent and an additive for sanitation, cosmetic or cleaning applications. The apparatus includes a mixing unit for creating a mixture of the diluent and the additive, a diluent supply supplying the diluent to the mixing unit, an additive supply supplying the additive to the mixing unit, an outlet for dispensing the mixture. The diluent supply includes a pump arranged to increase the pressure of the diluent before the diluent enters the mixing unit.
Self-foaming ready to drink beverages
A container stores a main liquid component that contains a dissolved gas, preferably nitrous oxide, separately from a foam initiator component that is at least one of a powder, a liquid or a concentrate. A dispensing part of the container, such as a dispensing lid, can contain the foam initiator component. The foam initiator component is dispersed and dissolved into the main liquid component to form a foaming ready to drink beverage. The foam initiator component comprises a portion of the ingredients of the ready to drink beverage. Combination of the foam initiator component with the main liquid component not only results in foam generation in the container without any mechanical energy input additional to the opening of the container but also forms the ready to drink beverage.
Integrated at least two component system and method
An integrated at least two component mixing and delivery system and method for creating a new mixture from a first component contained within a first enclosure and a second component contained within a second enclosure that is contained within the first enclosure and, via a series of operations that mix the two components and enable the application of through an applicator tip the placement of the new mixture on at least one surface or a portion thereof.
Container and dispenser for viscous materials
A container for two or more viscous materials is provided that contains a reservoir, one or more mixing tube(s) and frame or shield, with one or more apertures arranged within the mixing tube. The container can include a frame and a first and second polymeric film joined to a first and, respectively second surface of the frame by one or more adhesive or seal seams.
Apparatus and a method for the preparation of a play, craft and/or toy compound
There is provided an apparatus and a method for producing a play compound and the play compound itself which, in one embodiment is a compound which sufficiently fluid to be pliable and is typically cold and slimy to the touch. The apparatus and a method provide a powder and liquid to a user, which can be a non-skilled person and thereby allow the mixing of the powder and liquid together by that person to form the play compound outside of a factory environment whilst ensuring that the play compound which is formed has the desired characteristics. Most typically the user which performs the mixing can be the end user, such as a child, who will play with the compound and so the formation of the play compound forms a new part of the play experience.
A MIXER FOR DISPENSING A MULTI-COMPONENT MATERIAL
The invention relates to a mixer (11) for dispensing a multi-component material comprising: a first inlet (14a, 14b) for at least a first component (A, B) of the multi-component material; a mixing tube (18); a compartment (21a, 21b) for at least a second component (C) of the multi-component material; a duct (25a, 25b) that establishes a fluid communication between the inlet and the compartment, wherein the duct forms a first exit (20a, 20b) into the mixing tube and the compartment forms a second exit (22a, 22b) into the mixing tube.
MIX CHAMBER FOR A PLURAL COMPONENT SPRAYER
A mix chamber for a plural component sprayer is configured to receive first and second component materials and emit a spray of a resulting plural component material. The mix chamber includes a chamber body extending between a first end and a second end and including flat lateral sides. A ramp feature is disposed proximate the first end and is configured to contact and push first and second side seals, respectively, away from a body axis as the mix chamber shifts in a first direction through a cartridge bore to increase a gap between the first side seal and the second side seal such that the first side seal engages the first flat lateral side and the second side seal engages the second flat lateral side.
