Magnetic stir bar

Magnetic stir bar having at least one permanent magnet to spin the magnetic stir bar when the magnetic stir bar is subjected to a rotating magnetic field. The magnetic stir bar has a chamber to store a product within the magnetic stir bar. The magnetic stir bar has a closed configuration in which the chamber is closed and an open configuration in which the chamber is open. The magnetic stir bar automatically reconfigures itself from the closed configuration to the open configuration when said magnetic stir bar is spun at or above a threshold rotational speed.

Dual chamber reagent mixing container

Described is an automated reagent mixing container for separately storing and automatically mixing together at least two stored reagent components.

SYSTEM FOR MIXING BEVERAGES AND METHOD OF DOING THE SAME

A module includes a housing, a sealing feature, a locking feature, and an agitator. The housing has an opening separating inner and outer surfaces and a boss that extends through the housing such that part of the outer surface forms an inner bore of the boss having a terminus pointing toward the opening. The agitator has a base, a shaft, and a mixing element coupled to the base such that the base, in cooperation with the sealing feature, circumferentially seals the opening of the housing to form a cavity defined by the inner surface. The shaft passes through the inner bore. The locking feature when engaged permits independent or simultaneous translational and rotational movement of the shaft while an area between the terminus of the boss and the shaft remains mechanically sealed during the movement against liquid or powder encroachment into a clean area of the inner bore.

Cleanroom cleaning apparatus

A cleanroom cleaning device includes a multi-compartment container having two or more compartments and one or more breakable seals with at least one compartment containing a cleaning implement and at least another compartment containing a liquid capable of saturating the cleaning implement when the seals are broken. Another cleanroom cleaning device includes a nonbreakable/nonburstable outer pouch, a breakable/burstable inner pouch containing a liquid, and a cleaning implement where the inner pouch containing liquid and the cleaning implement are both contained within the outer pouch.

System for making a cosmetic product by mixing components from several single-use packaging units

Disclosed is a system for production of a cosmetic product including: at least one first single-use packaging unit including a preset quantity of a first phase of a cosmetic product, at least one second single-use packaging unit including a preset quantity of a second phase of a cosmetic product, a machine including a mixer inside of which the mixture of the preset quantity of the first phase and the preset quantity of the second phase is done automatically in order to end up with a cosmetic product directly consumable by the end consumer. The mixing is done in a manner such that neither the first phase nor the second phase are in direct contact with any part of the mixer which is not single use, thus avoiding dirtying the mixer.
