A container system for separately storing and mixing two or more substances. The container system comprises a mixing container having a main container that stores one or more first substances. The main container has a first upper opening. The container system also includes a storage repository coupled to main container, and which stores one or more second substances. The storage repository includes a lip defining a second upper opening, which has an outside diameter smaller than the diameter of the first upper opening. Additionally, the container system includes a mixing blade having an outside diameter smaller than the diameter of the first upper opening. The mixing blade also has a plurality of openings. The container system includes a releasable liner placed over the storage repository's lip, and the storage repository's lip forms a seal with a lower surface of the releasable liner.

ADJUSTABLE ADDITIVE CARTRIDGE SYSTEMS AND METHODS

An additive delivery system may incorporate a cartridge system, including a container cap and a reservoir assembly that provides for storage of an additive. The container cap includes a mixing nozzle for mixing of the additive with a base fluid as the base fluid flows from the base fluid container through the cartridge. A one-way valve prevents backflow of base fluid and/or mixed base fluid/additive from an area downstream of the mixing nozzle such that the base fluid supply remains in a pure state.

A mixing apparatus includes a first and a second feeding tube, a first and a second atomizing/refining dose control device, and a reaction chamber. The first and second feeding tubes are arranged in a multi-sleeves manner. The first and second atomizing/refining dose control devices are respectively disposed on terminal ends of the first and second feeding tubes. The reaction chamber accommodates the first and second feeding tubes and the first and second atomizing/refining dose control devices and has a liquid dose mixing wall. The first and second feeding tubes respectively receive a first and a second liquid dose. The first and second atomizing/refining dose control devices respectively atomize or refine the first and second liquid doses and spray the atomized or refined first and second liquid doses on a surface of the liquid dose mixing wall, so as to mix the first and second liquid doses.

Multiple-chamber container for storing and mixing a multi-component liquid coating or adhesive system

The invention relates to a multiple-chamber container (1, 1*) for storing and mixing a multi-component liquid coating or adhesive system (M), comprising a first chamber (10) for a first mixing component (B) and at least one other chamber (20) for another mixing component (H), the first chamber (10) and the at least one other chamber (20) being separated by at least one separating wall (30) in liquid-tight fashion and the separating wall (30) comprising a pierceable separating layer (40). The multiple-chamber container further comprises at least one piercing element (50) for piercing the pierceable separating layer (40) in such a way that the first and the one other mixing component (B, H) mix in the first or the at least one other chamber (10, 20).
