DEVICE AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF UREA
A production device includes: at least one device for dissolving solid urea in demineralized water, including a tank for receiving the solid urea and the demineralized water and an outlet for recovering the aqueous solution of urea; a solid urea storage station; and a device for transporting the solid urea from the storage station to the dissolving device, the transporting device being arranged in order to pour solid urea into the tank of the dissolving device. The dissolving device includes at least one nozzle for injecting demineralized water into the solid urea, arranged in the vicinity of the bottom of the tank in order to create water turbulence below the surface of the solid urea and to dissolve the solid urea in the demineralized water.
DRY ADDITIVE AND FLUID MIXING SYSTEM, ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
The application is directed to a system and method for mixing fluid and dry material to produce fluid mixture compositions. The system may be provided on a portable platform for transport of the system for use at different locations or the system may be provided as a permanent installation. The system includes a first module for receiving fluid into the system and an optional second module attachable to the first module for providing dry material to be mixed with the fluid received into the system. The fluid mixture compositions produced by the system can be conveyed out from the system to one or more target locations.
Carbonation cup for carbonated beverage maker
A carbonated beverage maker includes a water reservoir, a carbon dioxide creation chamber, and a carbonation chamber. The water reservoir holds ice water and has a first impeller and a shroud surrounding the first impeller. The carbon dioxide creation chamber contains chemical elements and receives warm water. The chemical elements react with each other to create carbon dioxide when the warm water is introduced to the carbon dioxide creation chamber. The carbonation chamber is connected to the water reservoir and the carbon dioxide creation chamber. The carbonation chamber has a second impeller that includes a stem portion and blades. The stem portion and the blades define conduits therein. The blades create a low pressure region in a lower portion of the carbonation chamber such that carbon dioxide from the carbon dioxide creation chamber flows through the conduits to the low pressure region.
SYSTEM FOR MIXING BEVERAGES AND METHOD OF DOING THE SAME
A module includes a housing, a sealing feature, a locking feature, and an agitator. The housing has an opening separating inner and outer surfaces and a boss that extends through the housing such that part of the outer surface forms an inner bore of the boss having a terminus pointing toward the opening. The agitator has a base, a shaft, and a mixing element coupled to the base such that the base, in cooperation with the sealing feature, circumferentially seals the opening of the housing to form a cavity defined by the inner surface. The shaft passes through the inner bore. The locking feature when engaged permits independent or simultaneous translational and rotational movement of the shaft while an area between the terminus of the boss and the shaft remains mechanically sealed during the movement against liquid or powder encroachment into a clean area of the inner bore.

Viscous fluid dilution system and method thereof
A dilution system for a hydraulic fracturing fluid includes a dilution manifold, a hydration unit configured to provide a source of liquid, a diluent line connecting the hydration unit to the dilution manifold, a diluent flow control valve on the diluent line, a hydration tank configured to hydrate a mixed additive, a gravity-driven viscous fluid line connecting an exit of the hydration tank to the dilution manifold, a viscous fluid flow meter on the viscous fluid line, and a viscous fluid control valve on the viscous fluid line.
Re-fillable syrup bin for beverage machine
A beverage dispenser includes a mixing portion to mix a plurality of beverage ingredients and a dispensing portion to dispense the mixed beverage. The dispenser further includes a product input portion having a plurality of refillable ingredient bins operably connectible to the mixing portion. Each refillable ingredient bin includes a self-closing seal located at a bin outlet to prevent leakage of the beverage ingredients from the bin outlet when the refillable ingredient bin is disconnected from the mixing portion. An ingredient bin assembly for a beverage dispensing machine includes a refillable ingredient bin having a bin outlet and a self-closing seal positioned at the bin outlet to prevent leakage of beverage ingredients from the bin outlet when the refillable ingredient bin is disconnected from a beverage dispensing machine.
Bulk material unloading systems and methods
The disclosure provides a bulk material unloading system and method. The system includes a bulk material container containing a bulk material and an unloading device. The unloading device is configured to engage the bulk material container and at least partially invert the bulk material container. The method includes engaging a bulk material container containing a bulk material with an unloading device and emptying the bulk material container. Emptying the bulk material into the hopper includes lifting the bulk material container using the unloading device and rotating the bulk material container using the unloading device.
