The jet pump system includes a pre-mixing bowl includes a nozzle, a mixing section at least partially surrounding the nozzle, and a first inlet opening configured to receive a first flow of fluid and direct the first flow of fluid to an inlet of the nozzle. The pre-mixing bowl further includes a second inlet opening configured to receive a second flow of fluid and to direct the second flow of fluid to the mixing section. The second inlet opening includes a first inlet opening area. The second inlet opening includes an entry angle into the pre-mixing bowl that is oblique with respect to the central axis. The pre-mixing bowl further includes a third inlet opening configured to receive a third flow of fluid to direct the third flow of fluid to the mixing section.

The present invention provides a process for producing frozen confectionery products, the process comprising: providing the foregoing apparatus; supplying a frozen confection to the at least one frozen confection inlet; supplying a sauce to the at least one sauce inlet; and extruding the frozen confection and sauce from the outlet, characterised in that the mixing chamber is rotated thereby to distribute the sauce randomly throughout the frozen confection.

A mixer is disclosed for use in a reductant dosing system. The mixer may have an impingement floor located within an intended fluid injection path and generally parallel with a flow direction through the mixer. The mixer may also have a first side wall connected along a lengthwise edge of the impingement floor, a second side wall connected along an opposing lengthwise edge of the impingement floor, and a plurality of shelves extending between the first and second side walls. The plurality of shelves each may include a plurality of vanes that promote mixing of an injected fluid. One or more of the plurality of shelves may extend different distances upstream opposite the flow direction.

The resultant non-stick coated prills have reduced adhesion to transportation vessels and other non-stick coated prills at a temperature below an adhesion temperature, facilitating transport.
