Systems, methods and apparatus for producing customized topical agents
A method and a system are described herein for preparing a custom cosmetic formulation. The system includes a controller in electronic communication with an order management system, wherein the order management system stores user-specific data including data related to a custom cosmetic formulation and components thereof, a plurality of valves for receiving pressurized fluid, the plurality of valves in electronic communication with the controller; a plurality of dispensers, each having a valve for metering fluid in predetermined quantities, and each having a dispensing head having a nozzle, each nozzle comprising a nozzle tip on a distal end thereof, wherein the nozzle tips are arranged so as to dispense a fluid into an inlet of a product receptacle, the dispensers in electronic communication with a data port; a measuring device in electronic communication with the controller, the measuring device capable of capturing data related to dispensed fluids from each of the plurality of dispensers and transmitting the data to the controller; a barcode scanner for reading order-specific instructions; a user interface for operator communication with the order management system and with the controller; a plurality of fluid conduits for introducing fluid to the dispensers; a fluid delivery apparatus for delivery of components of a custom cosmetic component to the dispensers; and a pressure source for pressurizing fluid in the fluid delivery apparatus for delivery of fluid from the fluid delivery apparatus to the plurality of dispensers.
Foam generator for inverted compression receptacles
A foam generator is configured such that liquid contents pumped by an internal pressure as a result of directly compressing an inverted compression receptacle, having the liquid contents stored therein, are mixed with air in a gas-liquid mixing chamber and, at the same time, directly discharged in the form of foam. That is, direct compression of the inverted compression receptacle allows the liquid contents to be instantly discharged in the form of foam, thereby further improving product responsiveness.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING A BEVERAGE
A system for dispensing a plant-based milk includes a mixing chamber for emulsifying a plant-based paste and water, a plant-based paste storage connected to the mixing chamber via a first conduit, a water storage connected to the mixing chamber via a second conduit, and a cooling system. The system includes a pumping system for moving a prescribed amount of the plant-based paste into the mixing chamber upon receiving an input from a user via a user interface, a flow system for flowing water from the water storage to the mixing chamber, and a control system. The control system receives the input from the user, activates the pumping system and activates the flow system. Further, the control system activates the mixing chamber for emulsifying the plant-based paste and the water, and dispenses the emulsified plant-based mixture of the paste and the water.
Container and dispenser for viscous materials
A container for two or more viscous materials is provided that contains a reservoir, one or more mixing tube(s) and frame or shield, with one or more apertures arranged within the mixing tube. The container can include a frame and a first and second polymeric film joined to a first and, respectively second surface of the frame by one or more adhesive or seal seams.
APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING A PERSONALISED COSMETIC PRODUCT
A manufacturing apparatus including a first capsule containing a predetermined amount of a first formulation, and a second capsule containing a predetermined amount of a second formulation, the first and second capsules being distinct from each other; a receiving device configured to receive the first and second capsules; and a mixing machine configured to receive the receiving device equipped with the first and second capsules, and to mix the first and second formulations contained in the first and second capsules so as to obtain the cosmetic product.
TWO-COMPONENT MIXING CAPSULE, PARTICULARLY FOR HIGHLY VISCOUS DENTAL MATERIALS
Disclosed is a two-component mixing capsule for intake and for mixing of two compositions with a capsule housing having a discharge spout at its front end, wherein the mixing capsule comprises a first mixing chamber and a second mixing chamber, wherein the two mixing chambers may be separated from each other for storage or for transport, by the first mixing chamber being rotatable into a first position in which the first mixing chamber is separated from mixing chamber, by a rotatably mounted handhold element, the rotational axis of which is approximately perpendicularly arranged to the longitudinal axis of the mixing capsule. The two mixing chambers form a common mixing chamber by rotating the first mixing chamber into a second position in which the central axes of the first and second mixing chamber are substantially coaxially arranged, wherein the composition may be discharged after mixing by attaching a squeezing piston.
FOAM GENERATOR FOR INVERTED COMPRESSION RECEPTACLES
The foam generator for inverted compression receptacles according to the present invention is configured such that liquid contents pumped by an internal pressure as a result of directly compressing an inverted compression receptacle (100), having the liquid contents stored therein, are mixed with air in a gas-liquid mixing chamber (S) and, at the same time, directly discharged in the form of foam. That is, direct compression of the inverted compression receptacle (100) allows the liquid contents to be instantly discharged in the form of foam, thereby further improving product responsiveness. In particular, the present invention is capable of further improving the convenience of use thereof, since the contents can be discharged in the form of foam by directly compressing the inverted compression receptacle (100) merely with one hand. In addition, the foam generator for inverted compression receptacles according to the present invention allows the discharged foam to be applied to or cleanse skin by means of a message member (900) having massage bristles (930) attached thereto. In particular, the present invention is capable of producing a messaging effect while allowing the discharged foam (contents) to be directly and evenly applied to the skin by means of the message member (900) even without the use of palms.
Producing Solutions from Concentrates
The present disclosure provides systems and methods for locally producing a solution using a concentrate. In a localized solution production unit, a solution is identified in association with the concentrate. A mixing profile is selected from among a plurality of mixing profiles based on the solution identified. A base fluid is dispensed into a mixing container docked in a container dock. The mixing container includes a mixing impeller rotatably coupled to the mixing container via an impeller shaft extending from a base of the mixing container. A controller actuates an actuator in the container dock to cause an impeller to in the mixing container to rotate. The concentrate is dispensed into the mixing container and mixed with the base fluid via the impeller based on the selected mixing profile.
