OXIDATION REACTOR AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING OXIDE
Provided is an oxidation reactor capable of oxidizing hydrocarbons with both reaction efficiency and energy efficiency. The oxidation reactor according to the present invention includes a liquid inlet channel, a gas inlet channel, a gas-liquid mixing unit, and a flow reactor. Through the liquid inlet channel, a liquid containing a reaction substrate hydrocarbon is introduced. Through the gas inlet channel, a gas containing oxygen and ozone is introduced. The gas-liquid mixing unit mixes the liquid introduced from the liquid inlet channel with the gas introduced from the gas inlet channel. In the flow reactor, an oxidation catalyst is immobilized or packed. The gas-liquid mixing unit houses, in its channel, a mobile particle which is capable of rotating and/or moving to mix the liquid with the gas to thereby form a gas-liquid slug flow. The gas-liquid slug flow is introduced into the flow reactor.
Process for the hydroconversion of heavy hydrocarbon oils with reduced hydrogen consumption operating at full conversion
In the hydroconversion processes of heavy hydrocarbon oils, in which the hydrogen is introduced at the reactor base by bubbling, the low diffusion rate of hydrogen, from the gas phase to the reaction liquid, limits the degree of conversion. The process circumvents the obstacle of the limited amount of reactant hydrogen by using a slurry bubble column reactor which reduces the formation of light hydrocarbon products, and therefore the hydrogen required for the hydroconversion, allowing to operate at full conversion.
PROCESS FOR ETHYLENE POLYMERIZATION WITH IMPROVED ETHYLENE FEED SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a process for the preparation of polyethylene by polymerizing in a slurry ethylene and optionally one or more C.sub.3 to C.sub.10 alpha-olefins. In some embodiments, the polymerization is carried out in a cylindrical polymerization reactor equipped with an agitator for mixing the contents of the reactor and inducing a flow of the slurry, the ethylene is fed into the reactor by an ethylene injection system comprising one or more injection nozzles which project through the bottom reactor head or through the reactor wall and extend from 0.02-0.5 times the inner diameter D into the reactor, and the ethylene exits the injection nozzle with an exit velocity from 10-200 m/s.
CLASSIFIER CLEANING DEVICE
A classifier cleaning and optimization device is provided. The device includes a chamber that is adapted to contain a fluidized bed, an array of two or more adjacently arranged inclined plates positioned above the fluidized bed wherein an inclined channel is formed between each pair of adjacent inclined plates, and a means for introducing a process liquid into the chamber between the fluidized bed and the array of inclined plates such that in use, the process fluid travels through at least one of the inclined channels. A method of cleaning the separation section of a classifier is also disclosed herein.
Device and method for preparing oxygen-containing liquid fuel by bio-oil catalytic conversion
Devices and methods for preparing oxygen-containing liquid fuel by bio-oil catalytic conversion. A device includes a biomass fast thermal cracking system for preparing bio-oil, a bio-oil oil-water separating system for separating the bio-oil into oil phase bio-oil and water phase bio-oil that is output to an oil phase bio-oil chemical chain hydrogen production system, and a water phase bio-oil catalytic hydrogenation system. The hydrogen production system outputs produced hydrogen to the water phase bio-oil catalytic hydrogenation system to prepare a liquid fuel. A method includes the steps: thermally cracking the biomass to prepare bio-oil, separating the water phase and the oil phase, producing hydrogen from the oil phase bio-oil through a chemical chain method so as to provide a hydrogen source for the water phase bio-oil to carry out two-stage catalytic hydrogenation in a slurry bed, and separating and purifying the hydrogenated products to obtain an oxygen-containing liquid fuel.
