A method for producing a polyolefin is provided. The method includes steps of polymerizing an olefin in a first gas-phase polymerization tank to obtain polyolefin-containing particles, transferring the polyolefin-containing particles to a second gas-phase polymerization tank through a transfer pipe, and polymerizing an olefin in the presence of the transferred polyolefin-containing particles in the second gas-phase polymerization tank. A connection place between the first gas-phase polymerization tank and the transfer pipe is higher than a connection place between the second gas-phase polymerization tank and the transfer pipe. 130 kPaP.sub.1P.sub.20 is satisfied, where P.sub.1 represents the pressure in the first gas-phase polymerization tank and P.sub.2 represents the pressure in the second gas-phase polymerization tank.

An apparatus for solvent regeneration in carbon capture processes is provided. Provided are a system for producing a polyolefin, a method of producing a polyolefin, and a method of producing a heterophasic propylene polymer material, each of which allows (i) a gel, to be contained in a molded product that is made of an obtained polyolefin, to be reduced and (ii) a polyolefin to be continuously produced stably. A polyolefin producing system (1) includes: a cylindrical member which extends in a vertical direction; diameter decreasing members each of which is provided to the cylindrical member, each of the diameter decreasing members having (i) an inner diameter that decreases as the each of the diameter decreasing members extends downward and (ii) a gas inlet opening at a lower end of the each of the diameter decreasing members; spouted bed type olefin polymerization reaction regions (25) each of which is surrounded by (a) an inner surface of a corresponding one of the diameter decreasing members and (b) part of an inner surface of the cylindrical member which part extends upward from the corresponding one of the diameter decreasing members, each of the spouted bed type olefin polymerization reaction regions (25) being a region in which a spouted bed is formed, the number of the spouted bed type olefin polymerization reaction regions (25) being 3 or more; and at least one fluidized bed type olefin polymerization reaction region which is provided at a stage subsequent to the spouted bed type olefin polymerization reaction regions (25).

The present invention relates to a cylindrical non-melt and partial melt type entrained flow bed gasifier with one or more burners mounted on the top thereof for supplying pulverized raw coal and oxidizer thereto, wherein each of the burners comprises three or four pipes so as to form a central supplying line for injecting the pulverized coal with a carrier gas into the gasifier, a primary oxidizer annular region around the central supplying line having a plurality of primary oxidizer supplying bores for injecting primary oxidizer vertically or at an angle to the injection region of the pulverized coal supplied through the central supplying line so as to direct the pulverized coal to the central region, and an outer cooling annular region around the primary oxidizer annular region for flowing cooling water, which is operated preferably at a temperature range of 1,2501,450 C., or of 1,1501,500 C. according to the properties of the coal. According to the present invention, the pulverized coal and oxidizer are properly mixed, and the pulverized coal is directed towards the middle of the gasifier, so that the reaction is completed with the ash being wholly non-melted or partially melted.
