AMUSEMENT SYSTEM FOR SHOWING AN EVENT IN A SCENE ROOM
An amusement system for entertaining a group of passengers by showing at least one event in at least one delimited space includes at least one pair of a neighbouring first and second structures. Each structure has a centre of rotation defining a vertical axis A-A, and at least one carriage for carrying at least one passenger. Each structure includes at least three wall portions which are laterally extending, wherein a segment TS is defined in between each neighbouring wall portion. The first and second structures are arranged as a cooperating pair of structures in that in operation the first and second structures are driven in rotation by a control unit in opposite directions with respect to each other.
TRACKLESS AMUSEMENT RIDE
It is disclosed a trackless amusement ride (1) comprising at least one moveable amusement vehicle (2) provided with at least one seat (2a, 2b) for one or more users (U), and with control means (2c) operable by a user (U) to modify at least one vehicle parameter chosen between: the movement direction, the orientation, the height with respect to the ground of said amusement vehicle.

Ride system: motion base on a turntable/segmented turntable
Embodiment of turntables, which can include rotating indexed turntables are described herein. The rotating indexed turntable can include: a looped track having an inner rail and an outer rail; a plurality of adjacent turntable wagons linked together in a closed chain and movingly coupled to the looped track, wherein each of the turntable wagons are independently propelled along the looped track, each of the plurality of turntable wagons including: an inner portion having a first length; an outer portion having a second length, which second length is greater than the first length; a plurality of outer motion features movingly coupled to the outer rail of the looped track; and at least one inner motion feature movingly coupled to the inner rail of the looped track.
CAROUSEL RIDE SYSTEMS
A carousel ride system includes a first rotatable platform and multiple second rotatable platforms. Each second rotatable platform of the multiple second rotatable platforms is positioned within a respective opening in the first rotatable platform. A first drive system is configured to drive rotation of the first rotatable platform and multiple second drive assemblies are configured to drive rotation of the multiple second rotatable platforms. Multiple figures extend over the multiple second rotatable platforms and multiple figure drive assemblies are configured to independently lift and rotate the multiple figures relative to the multiple second rotatable platforms. One or more processors are configured to coordinate operation of the first drive system, the multiple second drive assemblies, and the multiple figure drive assemblies to maintain the multiple figures in a forward-facing orientation relative to a direction of travel of the first rotatable platform during operation of the carousel ride system.
CHOREOGRAPHED RIDE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A ride vehicle includes a riding assembly configured to carry a rider, a base configured to couple to the riding assembly, and a control system configured to control the coordination of movements of the ride vehicle with movements of separate ride vehicles. The base includes a surface movement system configured to move the ride vehicle along a surface, a vertical movement system configured to move the riding assembly vertically relative to the base, and a roll system configured to move the riding assembly angularly relative to the base.
Turntable-mounted robotic arm ride system
In various embodiments, a ride system includes a turntable, a multi-axis motion device, and a control system. The multi-axis motion device may be mounted in a fixed position on the turntable. The control system may be configured to manipulate the turntable and the multi-axis motion device in synchronization with an environment of the ride system. In various embodiments, the control system includes a processor and a memory coupled to the processor, where the memory is configured to store a ride experience command sequence. The processor may be configured to use a turntable motor controller to manipulate a turntable to execute a ride experience command sequence and use the motion device controller to manipulate a multi-axis motion device to execute the ride experience command sequence.
