The structured catalyst for oxidation for exhaust gas purification includes a support having a porous structure constituted by a zeolite-type compound, and at least one type of oxidation catalyst that is present in the support and selected from the group consisting of metal and metal oxide, the support having channels that communicate with each other, and the oxidation catalyst being present in at least the channels of the support.

The present invention relates to a process for preparing a cobalt-containing Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst with good physical properties and high cobalt loading. In one aspect, the present invention provides a process for preparing a supported cobalt-containing Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst, said process comprising the following steps of: (a) impregnating a support powder or granulate with a cobalt-containing compound; (b) calcining the impregnated support powder or granulate and extruding to form an extrudate; or extruding the impregnated support powder or granulate to form an extrudate and calcining the extrudate; and (c) impregnating the calcined product with a cobalt-containing compound; or forming a powder or granulate of the calcined product, impregnating with a cobalt-containing compound and extruding to form an extrudate.

The present invention relates to a process for preparing a cobalt-containing Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst with good physical properties and high cobalt loading. The present disclosure provides methods for fabricating catalysts for ammonia decomposition. The method may comprise (a) subjecting a catalyst support to one or more physical or chemical processes to optimize one or more pores, morphologies, and/or surface chemistry or property of the catalyst support; (b) depositing a composite support material on the catalyst support, wherein the composite support material comprises a morphology or surface chemistry or property; and (c) depositing one or more active metals on at least one of the composite support material and the catalyst support, wherein the one or more active metals comprise one or more nanoparticles configured to conform to the morphology of the composite support material and/or catalyst support material, thereby optimizing one or more active sites on the nanoparticles for ammonia processing.

Process for producing a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst
The present invention relates to a process for conveniently preparing a supported cobalt-containing Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst having improved activity and selectivity for C.sub.5+ hydrocarbons. In one aspect, the present invention provides a process for preparing a supported cobalt-containing Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst, said process comprising the steps of: (a) impregnating a support material with: i) a cobalt-containing compound and ii) acetic acid, or a manganese salt of acetic acid, in a single impregnation step to form an impregnated support material; and (b) drying and calcining the impregnated support material; wherein the support material impregnated in step (a) has not previously been modified with a source of metal other than cobalt; and wherein when the cobalt-containing compound is cobalt hydroxide, a manganese salt of acetic acid is not used in step (a) of the process.
SINGLE-OPEN-END TUBULARS AND METHOD OF USE
Herein discussed is a tubular comprising: an open end; an opposite closed end; and a mixed conducting membrane in at least a portion of the circumferential surface of the tubular. In an embodiment, the tubular comprises a cathode in contact with one circumferential side of the mixed conducting membrane and an anode in contact with the opposite circumferential side of the mixed conducting membrane. Methods of making and using such a tubular are also discussed herein.
