Device, process, and catalyst intended for desulfurization and demercaptanization of gaseous hydrocarbons
This application is in the field of technologies for desulfurization and demercaptanization of gaseous hydrocarbons. The device includes a catalytic reactor loaded with a catalyst solution in an organic solvent, a means of withdrawal sulfur solution from the reactor into the sulfur-separating unit, and a sulfur-separating unit. The said device has at least means of supplying gaseous hydrocarbon medium to be purified and oxygen-containing gas into the reactor, and a means of outletting the purified gas from the reactor. The sulfur-separation unit includes a means of sulfur extraction. The reactor design and the catalyst composition provide conversion of at least 99.99% of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans into sulfur and disulfides. The catalyst is composed of mixed-ligand complexes of transition metals. The technical result achieved by use of claimed invention is single-stage purification of gaseous hydrocarbons from hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans with remaining concentration of SH down up to 0.001 ppm.

The apparatus of manufacturing the aerogel sheet includes: a plurality of fixing vessels into which a fiber sheet is inserted; and an impregnation vessels provided with an accommodation part in which the plurality of fixing vessels are stacked in multistage and a silica precursor injection part which injects a silica precursor into the accommodation part to impregnate the silica precursor into the fiber sheet inserted into each of the fixing vessels.

The present invention relates to a catalyst composition and a process for preparing thereof, wherein the catalyst composition is specifically active for hydro-conversion of LCO involving mainly the partial ring opening of multi-ring aromatics leading to the production of petrochemical feedstock. The catalyst composition comprises of a carrier comprising ultra-stable Y zeolite and binder alumina, group VIB and VIIIB metal species, and organic additives. The carrier is impregnated with metal solution to form active sites of WS.sub.2 slabs of dimensions in the range of 35-45 .
Synthesis method of lactide by confinement effect catalysis of crystalline porous polymer material
The present invention discloses a synthesis method of lactide by confinement effect catalysis of crystalline porous polymer material, wherein the method comprising: (I) synthesis of catalyst; (II) synthesis of lactide by confinement effect catalysis; and (III) purification of lactide. In the present invention, a yield of L-lactide by catalysis of L-lactic acid by crystalline polymers is as high as 85.6%, which is 10% higher than the yield of lactide by H-? molecular sieve reported in documents currently available; it is easy to prepare the crystalline porous polymer material catalyst, which is environmental friendly, has a high yield and is recyclable, for consecutive 7 times the catalysis yield is maintained to be higher than 70%, and catalysis yield conservation rate is far higher than catalysis effects of catalysts reported in documents currently available.
Method for producing double metal cyanide catalysts
The present invention relates to a method for producing a double metal cyanide (DMC) catalyst, comprising the reaction of an aqueous solution of a cyanide-free metal salt, an aqueous solution of a metal cyanide salt, an organic complex ligand, optionally a complex-forming component to form a dispersion, the dispersion being produced using a mixing nozzle and a peroxide. The invention further relates to double metal cyanide (DMC) catalysts obtainable by means of the method according to the invention and to the use of DMC catalysts to produce polyoxyalkylene polyols.

Metal eutectic supported metal catalyst system and reactions with the metal catalyst system
A eutectic supported catalyst system is used in catalyzed chemical reactions. A metal catalyst particle is supported in a eutectic medium. The system may have a) a eutectic composition of at least two metals forming the eutectic composition; and b) metal catalyst particles, preferably of nanometer dimensions, such as from 0.5 to 50 nm. The particles are dispersed throughout the eutectic composition when the eutectic composition is solid, and the particles are dispersed or suspended throughout the eutectic composition when the eutectic composition is in liquid form. At least one metal of the eutectic may comprises lead and a metal in the metal catalyst is a different metal then the metals in the eutectic. The eutectic may be in a liquid state and the metal catalyst particles may be in an equilibrium state within the eutectic.

Polymerization catalyst compositions are provided as are methods of their preparation. The compositions comprise fatty amines and find advantageous use in olefin polymerization processes.
