Systems and methods for incorporating pneumatic robotic systems into inflatable objects
An inflatable assembly may include a housing that has a plurality of adjustment inflatables that may form a range of shapes at different levels of inflation. The inflatable may also include one or more sensors disposed on the housing and one or more valves disposed in the housing. The valves are controllable and configured to direct fluid flow into the plurality of adjustment inflatables. The assembly may also include a processor that receives data from the one or more sensors disposed on the housing and adjust one or more positions of the one or more valves based on the data to control fluid flow into one or more of the plurality of adjustment inflatables.
Systems and methods for incorporating pneumatic robotic systems into structures
A system may include a virtual reality system configured to present one or more virtual objects via an electronic display. The system may also include one or more inflatable objects that correspond to the one or more virtual objects, such that the one or more inflatable objects matches one or more shapes of the one or more virtual objects. The system may also include a processor configured to cause at least one of the one or more inflatable objects to inflate based on feedback from the virtual reality system.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRACK RIDE VEHICLE ORIENTATION
In accordance with one embodiment, a system includes a dual-track loop including a first track loop and a second track loop, a single-track loop spaced apart from the dual-track loop, and a cross-track extending between the dual-track loop and the single-track loop. The system also includes a platform disposed on the cross-track. The platform is configured to translate between a position aligned with the first track loop and the second track loop of the dual-track loop and a position aligned with a first portion and a second portion of the single-track loop. The system further includes a turntable coupled to the platform and configured to rotate a ride vehicle positioned on the turntable and to change an orientation of the ride vehicle relative to a fixed portion of the platform.
Device for changing the direction of travel of a rail-bound vehicle, rail-bound ride having such a device, and method for operating such a device
The invention relates to a device for changing the direction of travel of a rail-bound vehicle, comprising a feeding rail section, a removing rail section, and a connecting rail section, which can be moved from a first position, in which the connecting rail section is arranged in relation to the feeding rail section in such a way that the rail-bound vehicle can drive onto the connecting rail section, to a second position, in which the connecting rail section is arranged in relation to the removing rail section in such a way that the vehicle can drive onto the removing rail section, by means of a motion comprising at least one rotational motion about an axis of the rotational motion. The invention further relates to a rail-bound ride having such a device, and to a method for operating such a device.

VARIABLE VEHICLE RIDE SWITCH
A variable vehicle ride switch in accordance with present embodiments includes a base configured to rotate with respect to a ride surface. The variable vehicle ride switch also includes a conveyor positioned on the base that can actuate relative to the base to move a ride vehicle towards or away from an outer edge of the base and to change an angle or orientation of the at least one conveyor within the base, e.g., to rotate within the base. The variable vehicle ride switch also includes a controller configured to receive an activation signal to cause the base to rotate and to actuate the conveyor.

Obstacle apparatus and method
An obstacle apparatus is disclosed for an individual to traverse. The obstacle apparatus comprises a chassis and a frame. A hinge pivotably couples the chassis and the frame for positioning the frame in an inclined orientation relative to the chassis. A first drum is rotatably coupled to the frame. A second drum is rotatably coupled to the frame. A belt encircles the first drum and the second drum for defining a continuous loop belt system. A drive engages the continuous loop belt system for creating a displacement in the belt. The belt defines an upper belt surface for the individual to traverse.
LINEAR MOTOR DRIVEN SYSTEM AND METHOD
A vehicle motion control system comprising: a sliding surface; a vehicle adapted to slide on said sliding surface; and a linear motor associated with the vehicle and the sliding surface for affecting sliding motion of the vehicle on the sliding surface.
