The present invention relates to a vertical low-pressure reactor with stirred tank for leaching polymetal minerals and concentrates of lead, copper, zinc, iron and/or the mixtures thereof, in a solid-gas-liquid three-phase suspension system. The low-pressure vertical reactor with stirred tank consists of: a cylindrical vertical container with three or four deflectors equidistantly distributed across the 360°; a stirring system made up of two impellers coupled to a rotary shaft, that provides adequate reaction and interaction of the metal species of interest; a space of the volume of the reactor, corresponding to 20% to 35% of the total volume of the container, located at the top of the reactor and which acts as a gas chamber that provides a continuous feed of oxygen; and a system of coils placed on the outside or inside surface of the reactor to ensure efficient heat-transfer reactions and controlled kinetics.
Removal of atmospheric pollutants from gas, related apparatus, processes and uses thereof
Methods related generally to the removal of atmospheric pollutants from the gas phase, are provided, as well as related apparatus, processes and uses thereof. A single-stage air scrubbing apparatus is provided that includes at least one reaction vessel, at least one introduction duct, and a turbulence component, wherein a residence time is sufficient to allow the conversion of at least one atmospheric pollution compound to at least one other compound, molecule or atom. In some embodiments, the at least one atmospheric pollution compound comprises nitrogen oxide, sulfur oxide or a combination thereof. Additionally, methods of removing atmospheric pollution compounds from a waste gas stream are disclosed that include introducing a waste gas stream and at least one additional gas stream, mist stream, liquid stream or combination thereof into a single-stage air scrubbing apparatus at a flow rate sufficient to allow for conversion of the at least one atmospheric pollution compound.

The reactor includes: a reaction vessel for mixing a hydrocarbon-based solvent and an olefin monomer to produce polyolefin; a feed inlet installed at a lower portion of the reaction vessel to feed a feed including an unreacted monomer, a solvent, and a catalyst into the reaction vessel; a guide pipe having a cylinder shape being open at respective ends, installed along a central axis of the reaction vessel, and dividing an internal space of the reaction vessel into an up-flow region where a reaction mixture flows upward and a down-flow region where the reaction mixture flows downward; a swirling flow-inducing blade attached to the exterior surface of the guide pipe, causing the reaction mixture in the reaction vessel to rise along the exterior surface of the guide pipe while forming a swirling flow.

The polylactic acid polymerization reaction apparatus comprises a polymerization reactor and an agitating assembly arranged in a flow channel of the polymerization reactor, wherein the agitating assembly comprises an electromagnetic winding mechanism and a magnetic induction element, the electromagnetic winding mechanism is arranged along the inner wall of the polymerization reactor around the magnetic induction element, with clearance formed between the electromagnetic winding mechanism and the magnetic induction element, so that the magnetic induction element and the electromagnetic winding mechanism can induce electromagnetic induction, and thereby the magnetic induction element can rotate around its own axis; a threaded groove is formed on the magnetic induction element. The polylactic acid polymerization reaction apparatus provided by the present invention can improve the polymerization effect and thereby improve the product conversion ratio.
