Type of burning device for producing gas mixtures
A new type of burning device for producing hydrohalogen compounds.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING TETRAFLUOROPROPENE
The present invention concerns a method for preparing tetrafluoropropene utilising three reactors and comprising the steps of (a) implementing, in the first and second reactors, at least one step of reacting, in the gas phase, a compound B in the presence of hydrofluoric acid and a catalyst, in alternation with a step of regenerating the catalyst by bringing it into contact with a regeneration flow comprising an oxidising agent, (b) implementing, in the third reactor, a preliminary step of producing the compound B, in alternation with a step of regenerating the preliminary catalyst with a regeneration flow comprising an oxidising agent. The step of regenerating the preliminary catalyst in the third reactor is implemented in the absence of a step of reacting the compound B in the presence of hydrofluoric acid in said first and second reactors. The present invention also concerns a facility configured to implement the present method.
FLOW REACTOR
A flow reactor having two or more raw material feeding units, a mixing unit to mix raw materials fed from the raw material feeding units, and a reactor unit in which a mixed solution prepared in the mixing unit flows, wherein at least a part of an inner wall of the reactor unit is formed of a fluororesin containing a conductive filler.
FLUIDIZED BED REACTOR WITH PINCHING FITTINGS FOR PRODUCING POLYSILICON GRANULATE, AND METHOD AND USE FOR SAME
Control of the flow of granular polysilicon granules is effected by employing an elastomeric pinch sleeve valve. The flow control by this method is especially useful for controlling the flow of silicon seed particles and granular polysilicon product in the fluidized bed method for producing polysilicon. The flow may be stopped without gas leakage, and is suitable for use over long operating campaigns.
High temperature pressure digestion vessel system with dual action seal
A vessel system for high-pressure reactions is disclosed. The system includes a plugged polymer cylinder reaction vessel with a pressure vent opening extending radially through the wall of the reaction vessel and a supporting frame into which the vessel is received. Complementing keying structure elements on the vessel and on the frame limit the orientation of the reaction vessel in the supporting frame and the radially extending vent opening to a defined single position.
MIXING GRANULATOR
A mixing granulator includes a container to receive a product, a mixing tool located in the container and seated on a vertically aligned shaft, and a comminuting tool located in the container. At least one of the container, the mixing tool or the comminuting tool is at least partially made of plastic or a plastic composite material.
Gas micro reactor utilizing membrane packaging
Apparatuses for generation of a gas, for example chlorine dioxide, methods of forming an apparatus, and methods of use thereof are provided. The apparatus may include at least one pouch composed of a hydrophobic material and a reactant disposed within the interior of the pouch. The reactant generates a desired gas in the presence of an initiating agent.
OZONIZED BIOCHAR: PHOSPHORUS SUSTAINABILITY AND SAND SOILIZATION
Surface-oxygenated biochar compositions and sonication-ozonization methods create advanced hydrophilic biochar materials having higher cation exchange capacity, optimized pH, improved wettability, and toxin free components. These sonicated and ozonized biochar compositions are used as filtration materials for clean water and air, as phosphorus solubilizing reagents to mix with phosphate rock materials to make a slow-releasing phosphate fertilizer, as biochar soil additives to help solubilize phosphorus and reduce phosphorus fertilizer additions required to achieve desired soil phosphorus activity, crop uptake, and yield goals, as sand soilization reagents by utilizing their liquid gel-forming activity in the spaces among sand particles to retain water and nutrients and hold the sand particles together, as plant growth stimulants by using the humic acids-like surface-oxygenated biochar substances at a proper ppm concentration and as carbon sequestration agents to help control climate change for energy and environmental sustainability on Earth.
JET IMPINGEMENT REACTOR
A jet impingement reactor having a small, spheroidal reaction chamber is provided. The reaction chamber exhibits a first and a second fluid inlet arranged at opposite positions of the reaction chamber such as to point at one another, and wherein each of the first and the second fluid inlet comprises a nozzle. The distance between the nozzles is the same or smaller than the diameter of the reaction chamber along the first central axis. Preferably, the nozzles are comprised in fluid inlet connectors that are reversibly insertable into the wall of the reaction chamber such as to provide the first and the second fluid inlet. The invention further provides a method of mixing two fluids based on jet impingement using the reactor according to the invention.
