METHOD FOR PRODUCING SPIROOXINDOLE DERIVATIVE
The present invention is intended to provide a method for efficiently producing and providing a compound having a spirooxindole skeleton, for example, a compound having a spirooxindole skeleton and having antitumor activity that inhibits the interaction between Mdm2 protein and p53 protein, or an intermediate thereof, using an asymmetric catalyst. A compound having an optically active tricyclic dispiroindole skeleton is efficiently obtained through a catalytic asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction using ketimine as a reaction substrate and using a chiral ligand and a Lewis acid.
Phosphine ligands for catalytic reactions
The disclosure is directed to: (a) phosphacycle ligands; (b) catalyst compositions comprising phosphacycle ligands; and (c) methods of using such phosphacycle ligands and catalyst compositions in bond forming reactions.
Metal entrapped compounds
The present invention provides a composite comprising at least one hydrophobic organic compound and a matrix of at least one metal; wherein said at least one hydrophobic compound is entrapped within said matrix, compositions comprising at least one composite and methods of its preparation.
HIGHLY Z-SELECTIVE OLEFIN METATHESIS
The present invention relates generally to catalysts and processes for the Z-selective formation of internal olefin(s) from terminal olefin(s) via homo-metathesis reactions.
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUND
The present invention provides a method of efficiently producing an optically active 6-(3-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine derivative.
The optically active piperidine-3-carboxamide or a derivative thereof, which is obtained by subjecting 1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-3-carboxamide or a derivative thereof to an asymmetric reduction in the presence of a catalyst, is used as an intermediate.
Process for the asymmetric hydrogenation of imides
The present disclosure provides a process for the mono-reduction of one or more imide moieties in a compound comprising contacting the compound with hydrogen gas and a catalyst comprising a transition metal hydride in the presence of a base, under conditions for the mono-reduction of the one or more imide moieties to form a compound comprising one or more hydroxy amides.
Methods for enantioselective preparation of chiral tetraarylmethanes
Provided herein are enantioselective organocatalytic methods for preparing chiral tetraaryl methanes.
Diphenylamine-linked chiral bis(oxazoline) ligand without C.SUB.2.-symmetry, synthesis method and application thereof
The present invention discloses a diphenylamine-linked chiral bis(oxazoline) ligand without C.sub.2-symmetry of formula 3 and its synthesis method and application in an asymmetric catalytic reaction, wherein C.sub.2-symmetry is lost by introducing different groups into the diphenylamine backbone to realize precise control of electronic effect of the ligand backbone. An anthranilic acid derivative and an orthochlorobenzoic acid derivative are used as starting materials to prepare a compound of formula 1, and then the compound of formula 1 is reacted with a chiral amino alcohol compound to prepare a -bishydroxy amide compound of formula 2, and the compound of formula 2 is further subjected to condensation to obtain the diphenylamine-linked chiral bis(oxazoline) ligand without C.sub.2-symmetry of formula 3. The present invention also provides an application of a catalyst formed by coordination of the diphenylamine-linked chiral bis(oxazoline) ligand without C.sub.2-symmetry with copper salt, zinc salt, nickel salt, iron salt or rhodium salt, in an asymmetric catalytic reaction. ##STR00001##
