Biofluid collection and filtration device
A filtration device is disclosed for filtering debris from a biofluid sample. In at least one embodiment, the filtration device provides a collection container having a collection chamber defined by a flexible wall, a mouth fluidly communicating with the collection chamber and formed through the collection container at a top end, and a filter device defining a bottom of the collection chamber. A quantitative container has a quantitative chamber in fluid communication with the filter device with the filter device separating the collection chamber from the quantitative chamber. A biofluid sample is introduced into the collection chamber through the mouth, and when the mouth with a collection chamber cap, the flexible wall of the collection container is squeezed to reduce the volume of the collection chamber and force the biofluid sample through the filter device, the filtered biofluid sample thereafter being contained within the quantitative chamber.
Cartridge drop dispenser
A cartridge droplet dosage device with a cartridge (1) and an actuation element (2), whereby the cartridge (1) includes a reservoir body (3), a cladding (5) and a plug (6), characterized in that a fluid groove (9) projects from the reservoir body (3) into an inner tube valve area (11), whereby the fluid groove (9) is releasable either by the yielding of a sealing rib (12) and/or by the yielding of a part of the cladding (5).
FLUID PRODUCT DISPENSER
A fluid dispenser comprising: a casing (E) that is provided with a dispenser head (11); and a refill cartridge (C) that includes a fluid reservoir (R); wherein the refill cartridge (C) is axially insertable into the casing (E) in such a manner as to connect the fluid reservoir (R) to the dispenser head (11); the fluid dispenser being characterized in that the refill cartridge (C) and the casing (E) are provided with connection means (17, 253) for connecting the refill cartridge (C) in the casing (E) by screw-fastening, so as to bring the fluid reservoir (R) into leaktight contact with the dispenser head (11), the movement, after screw-fastening, of the refill cartridge (C) in the casing (E) towards the dispenser head (11) delivering the fluid to the dispenser head (11).
Device for preparing a layer of biological cells on a slide and apparatus for automatically preparing a layer of cells using said device
Disclosed is a device for preparing a layer of biological cells on a deposition surface of a slide, the device including a body provided with a channel, the body including a first end forming an inlet tip intended to enter inside a container containing a biological liquid, closed by a cap and a second end forming a depositing tip intended to deposit a drop of the liquid on the deposition surface, the second end including a spreader with a blade arranged in a plane forming an angle of inclination with the plane of the deposition surface and elastic return interposed between the blade and the second end.
Pipette device
A pipette device, including a container having a predetermined space therein, in one end of which a nozzle is formed and the other end of which is opened; a first fixing member whose one end is detachably coupled to the other end of the container; a second fixing member coupled to the other end of the first fixing member; and a pumping member that is inserted into the second fixing member such that an opened end portion faces the other end of the container and delivers internal air into the container by changing shape when it is pressed, wherein the opened end portion of the pumping member is fixed between the first fixing member and the second fixing member by coupling of the first fixing member and the second fixing member.
LEAK RESISTANT DROPPERS
In various implementations, a dropper for a bottle may include a bulb with a flange and an extended leg. The dropper may be used as a cap, in some implementations, with or without a skirt. The dropper may inhibit leaks from a bottle when the dropper is used as a cap for the bottle.
HAND-HELD APPLICATOR
A hand-held applicator (10) for collecting, mixing, diluting and discharging a sample liquid, comprising a main body (20) having an inlet-aperture (24), an outlet-aperture (26) and a chamber (22) for storing a liquid solution, wherein the chamber is connected to the inlet-aperture and the outlet-aperture, a lid (12) for covering the inlet-aperture and a tube (40), moveably supported in the inlet-aperture when the lid is covering the upper portion of the main body, wherein the tube (40) is moveable between a predetermined position outside the chamber and a position, in which the tube is at least partly located in the chamber.
DROPPER DISPENSER
A dropper dispenser comprising: a fluid reservoir (1) including at least one movable wall (11) so as to put the fluid in the reservoir (1) under pressure; a cannula (24) having an outlet (25) that is designed to form a drop of fluid; and a valve (3) that is arranged between the reservoir (1) and the cannula (24) so as to control firstly the flow of fluid from the reservoir (1) into the cannula (24), and secondly the flow of fluid, and possibly air, from the cannula (24) into the reservoir (1), the valve (3), when subjected to sufficient pressure from the fluid in the reservoir (1), defining an opening (33) having a flow section that is proportional to the force exerted on the movable wall (11) of the reservoir (1); the dropper dispenser being characterized in that it further comprises a valve-opening limiter (27) so as to limit the opening (33) of the valve (3) while fluid is flowing from the reservoir (1) into the cannula (24), so as to create additional head loss that reduces the flow of fluid through the cannula (24).
ANTI-BACKFLOW EXTRUSION LIQUID CONTAINER
An anti-backflow extrusion liquid container includes an elastic container for storing and extruding liquid, a spraying tube inserted into the elastic container, a first one-way valve for controlling the opening and closing of the spraying tube, and a second one-way valve for adjusting the air pressure in the elastic container. The first one-way valve is disposed in the middle of the spraying tube, and the second one-way valve is disposed at the bottom of the elastic container. The disclosure not only prevents the liquid in the guide tube from flowing back into the bottle body during the restoring process of the bottle body and thus avoiding the liquid in the bottle body from being contaminated, but also enables the bottle body to be restored quickly after pressing and thus prolonging the service life of bottle and improving work efficiency.
