Assembly with object in housing and mechanism to open housing

In an aspect, a toy assembly is provided. The toy assembly includes a housing, an inner object inside the housing, a sensor, a motor and a controller. A portion of the inner object is drivable into engagement with the housing to break the housing and expose the inner object. The sensor detects interaction with a user. The motor is operatively connected to the inner object such that operation of the motor drives rotation of the inner object in the housing. The controller determines whether a selected condition has been met based on at least one interaction with the user, and operates the motor to rotate the inner object and drive the portion of the inner object into engagement with the housing to break the housing and expose the inner object if the condition is met.

THREE WAY MULTIDIRECTIONAL INTERACTIVE TOY

Systems and methods for interaction between a user and a plurality of toys is disclosed where an interactive physical toy character senses inputs from a player and from a virtual toy character in a virtual environment. The virtual toy character likewise senses inputs from a player and a physical toy character so that bidirectional, multi-way gameplay involving a player, a physical toy and a virtual toy in a virtual environment is achieved.

Assembly with toy character in housing

In an aspect, a toy character assembly is provided, and includes a housing, a toy character, at least one sensor and a controller. The toy character is positioned inside the housing and includes a breakout mechanism that is operable to break the housing to expose the toy character. The at least one sensor detects interaction with a user. The controller is configured to determine whether a selected condition has been met based on at least one interaction with the user, and to operate the breakout mechanism to break the housing to expose the toy character if the condition is met. Optionally, the condition is met based upon having a selected number of interactions with the user.

A lighted decoration is provided having the form of a human skeleton figure. The figure is ornamental and has a head, a rib cage, a spine, arms, legs, and a hip bone. The skull has an open interior supporting a battery power supply therein, which supplies electrical power to the light sources of the figure. Light sources are disposed within the eye sockets of the skull, while the spine further comprises an open interior with one or more light sources supported therein. The light sources of the spine are disposed within a tubular interior thereof, or alternatively are situated within individual spinal processes extending outwardly from the tubular body of the spine. Furthermore, a heart-shaped housing within the rib cage additionally may be provided with a light source therein. One or more switches and an optional controller unit govern the operation of the light sources throughout the figure.

The invention is directed to a connected toy configured to interact with least one another connected toy upon actual meeting with said at least one another connected toy in a state that said toys are non-connected to a smart device, wherein said interaction allows the toy to recognize the at least one another toy and/or to exchange data with said at least one another toy, said recognition data and/or data exchanged between them is being saved on the toy and uploaded to a smart device upon reconnection of the toy to said smart device to report the smart device that an interaction between the toys has occurred, and to allow the smart device to make use of the exchanged data. The invention is further directed to a connected toys system configured to allow data transmission from a game occurring in the reality to a virtual game of the same connected toys.

An inflatable display with dynamic lighting effect has an inflatable body, an air pump inflating the inflatable body, and a lighting assembly mounted inside the inflatable body for providing dynamic lighting variations. The lighting assembly has a light housing, a power supply, a lighting module, and a refracting module mounted in the light housing. The lighting module and the refracting module rotate relative to each other. As light beams emitted from the lighting module pass through the refracting module, the light beams are mixed and refracted. With relative rotation of the lighting module and the refracting module, the light beams can project outwards to further penetrate through the inflatable body at different angles covering a large area to form the dynamic lighting variations and to exhibit the dynamic lighting effect.
