A heating element is integrated into the stuffed animal and the heating element is in thermal communication with the stuffed animal. Moreover, the heating element heats the stuffed animal to warm the user when the user holds the stuffed animal. The heating element comprises a plurality of heating coils that are distributed over the body, each of the arms and each of the legs. A control is coupled to the stuffed animal such that the control is accessible to the user. The control is electrically coupled to the heating element for turning the heating element on and off.
