The present disclosure generally pertains to toys that have dolls combined with artificial flowers. A topsy turvy toy in one exemplary embodiment comprises an artificial flower at one end and a doll having a head at an opposite end. A cover is coupled to the toy between the head and the artificial flower. In one mode of use, the cover is pulled over the doll substantially hiding the doll and exposing the artificial flower. For another mode of use, the cover is pulled over the artificial flower substantially hiding the artificial flower and exposing the doll. Accordingly, the toy is selectively transformed from a doll to an artificial flower and vice versa.

The disclosure relates to a comforting educational tool in the form of a dual-gender doll having a humanoid body with a head, torso, two arms attached to opposing sides of the torso, and two legs attached to a portion of the bottom of the torso, wherein the body includes a feminine front side and a masculine front side. The feminine and masculine front sides are attached to and face away from each other. An educational doll assembly includes a doll that has a body, a neck extending upwardly from the body and a head that is movably coupled to the neck. The head is rotatable such that a selected one of the faces is aligned with the body of the doll. An audio unit is coupled to the doll and the audio unit stores a plurality of spoken words in a plurality of different languages. The audio unit emits the spoken words in a language corresponding to the ethnicity of the selected face on the head. In this way the audio unit teaches a user about the language spoken by the ethnicity on the selected face.

A toy includes a body, a head coupled to the body and having a face surface, and a flap coupled to the head. The flap is movable relative to the face surface between a first position in which a first face is exposed to view on the face surface, and a second position in which a second face, at least partially different from the first face, is exposed to view on the face surface.
