High temperature bio-char carbonization and micron grinding and classification for inclusion into master batch polymerization
A thermal process for carbonizing hemp and reducing particle size, mechanically, by grinding or milling said carbonized hemp materials to generate a precise particle size hemp char and combining the hemp char particles with a polymer into a master batch.
Hydrolyzed starches as grinding aids for mineral ore processing
Grinding aid compositions comprising hydrolyzed starches, such as dextrin, maltodextrin or corn syrup solids. The grinding aid compositions are typically added to various mineral ore slurries prior to grinding operations to affect the rheology characteristics of the mineral ore slurries.
LEAD NEEDLE AND LEAD SLIME SEPARATOR FOR TREATING THIN LEAD GRID OF WASTE LEAD-ACID STORAGE BATTERY
A lead needle and lead slime separator for treating thin lead grid of waste lead-acid storage battery, includes: a barrel body, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant balls, a feed device, a bracket device, a discharge device and a driver. A feed hole is arranged at one end of the barrel body, a discharge port is arranged at the other end of the barrel body. The feed device is mounted at the feed hole, and the discharge device is mounted at the discharge hole. The bracket device is connected to the barrel body, the driver is connected to the barrel body. The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant balls are arranged in the barrel body. The separator can make the thin lead grid separation complete, clean and impurity-free. It does not need to be melted at high temperature in the melting furnace.

Apparatus, system and method for providing a bitumen-rich stream from bitumen-containing materials
Method and apparatus to facilitate recycling of at least one fraction of bitumen-containing materials. This can be accomplished by dissolving the at least one fraction, for example, maltenes or asphaltenes in roofing shingles, into at least one solvent. In one aspect, the apparatus comprises a dissolution vessel, a tumbler positioned therein, and at least one solvent distributor. The tumbler is configured to facilitate wetting the bitumen-containing materials with solvent. In a second aspect, a system comprises the apparatus, a solid-liquid separator, for example, a vibratory screen, and at least one solvent-fraction separator, for example, a flash drum. The at least one solvent can comprise one or more solvents useful to extract the at least one fraction. In a third aspect, a first fraction is extracted from the bitumen-containing materials with a first solvent composition, then a second fraction is extracted from the remaining bitumen-containing materials with a second solvent composition.

Agitator Ball Mill and Method for Operating an Agitator Ball Mill
An agitator ball mill including an in particular horizontal grinding container, which has a first end area having a grinding material inlet and a second end area having a grinding material outlet, and a method for operating an agitator ball mill. The agitator ball mill includes a shaft, which can be rotated in the grinding container or in the grinding chamber, respectively, by means of a drive unit and which is formed as agitator shaft at least in sections and which is equipped with agitator elements, as well as a separating device. The separating device includes a classifier rotor, which is arranged on the agitator shaft axially spaced apart from the grinding material outlet and has a rotatable rotor cage, as well as a screen unit, which is arranged within the rotor cage and which is fastened to the classifier rotor.
Method of controlling a grinding mill process
A grinding circuit comprises a grinding mill having a shaft in a grinding chamber, a cyclone for receiving circuit feed material and for feeding said circuit feed material further in the grinding circuit, and monitoring devices. The grinding mill process comprises pumping circuit feed material from a feed tank to the cyclone upstream of the mill, and pumping the circuit feed material forming slurry into the grinding mill for grinding the slurry into finer particles. The method of controlling the grinding mill process comprises monitoring at least one operational parameter, and controlling particle fineness online by adjusting at least one of the following operational parameters: flow rate of the circuit feed material, density of the circuit feed material, shaft speed, filling rate in the grinding mill, milling density and retention time.
Method for grinding powders, method for coating a material, metal particles, coated material and uses of these
A method for the cryogenic grinding of at least one powder comprising the following steps: (a) introducing a cryogenic fluid into an attrition mill comprising attrition means, (b) introducing the powder or powders into the attrition mill, and (c) setting the attrition mill in rotational motion, and whereinthe ratio V.sub.MA/(V.sub.MA+V.sub.FC) of the volume of the attrition means V.sub.MA to the sum of the volume of the attrition means V.sub.MA and the volume of the cryogenic fluid VFC is comprised between 0.2 and 0.8, and the rotational speed of the attrition mill during step (c) is between 100 rpm and 20,000 rpm. Further, particles of metal or metal alloy, to the use thereof, to a coating method employing them and to the use of such a coated material.
