The present invention provides a wear liner assembly (13) adapted to be secured to a structure (15). The wear liner assembly comprises a wear liner (14) having a first material secured to a backing plate (17). The backing plate has at least one hole (43) therethrough. A first fastener portion is adapted to co-operate with a second fastener portion to securing the wear liner to the structure. The first fastener portion is received in the at least one hole and is at least partially housed within the wear liner.

Set of lining plates made of radial tires and a method for manufacturing lining plates made of radial tires
12234095 · 2025-02-25 · ·

Disclosed is a set of lining plates made of radial tires to protect pieces of equipment from abrasion and to absorb impacts where said set of lining plates comprises a plurality of lining plates made of radial tires that are laid out next to each other in order to line the surface of a given equipment. The lining plates that make up the set are fitted with tongues and grooves so as to allow them to be joined together and make it possible for a perfect fixation through special hook-type screws in order to secure an effective sealing of the equipment surface on which said plates were installed, thus preventing any material from entering the space between the lining plates. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the lining plates of the set using radial tires.

According to one aspect, a lifter bar may be provided that is formed at least partially from an elastomeric material and includes at least one attachment formation embedded at least partially in the elastomeric material. In other aspects, the attachment formation may include a longitudinal spine that may include apertures, may be substantially planar, and may include a track.

DISCHARGE END WALL INSERTS

An insert for covering one or more selected surfaces of a discharge end assembly including a discharge end wall of a mill shell partially defined by an outer perimeter wall thereof and a number of pulp lifters mounted on the discharge end wall. The insert is formed to cover the selected surfaces to mitigate wear to which the selected surfaces are subjected when the insert is located in a predetermined position relative to the selected surfaces.

Lifter bar with attachment point for hoisting

A lifter bar includes at least one attachment formation for use in lifting the lifter bar; wherein the at least one attachment formation is embedded in the lifter bar. A method of producing the lifter bar and tools for use in handling the lifter bar are also described.

WEAR PROTECTION COMPONENT WITH LOCAL STRESS RELIEF AREAS
20250222463 · 2025-07-10 · ·

A wear protection component includes an elastic material layer and a reinforcing support. The elastic material layer is bonded to the reinforcing support, and the wear protection component is bent into a curved shape. In an area delimited by an outer periphery of the reinforcing support, the wear protection component includes one or more local stress relief areas in which the elastic material layer is not bonded to the reinforcing support.

Crushing systems operating regime controlling methods and devices

Monitoring equipment for monitoring the performance of systems for crushing solid materials are disclosed. The working condition of an elastic liner material is diagnosed and load parameters are analyzed. Integrated into the liner material is a measuring means in the form of a monitoring sensor which works by measuring the axisymmetric bending of the elastic liner material in response to a known force. The data recorded is then sent to an information system for analytical processing. This includes detecting wear and monitoring whether a critical thickness of the liner material has been reached. A housing element (3), a movable sensing element (4) structurally adapted to be continuously thrust in the direction of the wearing surface of the liner material by a resilient pressuring means (5), and a transmitting element (6) are disclosed. The movable sensing element (4) records the magnitude of axisymmetric bending of the liner material and transmits this data to the transmitting element (6), thus providing for a resource-efficient operating regime that makes it possible to use the wearing liner material until critical wear indices are reached.
