Dual auger shredder having low profile
An auger system adapted to shred large materials. An exemplary embodiment is comprised of dual opposing augers that are adapted to grab, compress, and shred the material, reducing the material size such that it may be discharged through a side outlet opening and/or an extrusion tube into, for example, a standard roll-off compaction container. An exemplary embodiment allows large material to be processed in a low speed device with reduced equipment dimensions, providing operator safety with low profile loading, lower noise level, reduced chances of material being expelled from the processing chamber, and ability to use conventional material transport (e.g., semi-trucks).
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PREPARING MIXTURE OF GROUND SUBSTANCES DISPENSED IN ONE OR MORE RECEPTACLES
An apparatus and method for automatically preparing a mixture of particles of two or more substances such as but not limited to raw tobacco and raw medical cannabis flowers in one or more receptacle where the mixture proportion is predefined, is disclosed. The apparatus of the invention can be used for mixing any types of herbal substances. Moreover, the apparatus of the invention can be used for mixing one or more kinds of the same substance, for example mixing two or more kinds of marijuana strains. The apparatus includes one or more compartments for inserting each of the substances separately, In some variations of the present invention the size of at least one of the compartments is smaller for predefined smaller quantities of raw herbal material for example, a single marijuana flower.
Modular shredder and grinder apparatus
A modular shredder and grinder apparatus includes a grinder assembly that has a grinder shaft assembly. The grinder assembly has a grinder opening and a shredder assembly movable with respect to the grinder opening to allow access to the grinder shaft assembly. Scrap material is first fed into the shredder assembly so that shredded scrap material is received through the grinder opening and further cut by the grinder shaft assembly.
Two stage grinder particularly suitable for medical waste disposal
Featured are a two-stage grinder, an apparatus embodying same and methods related thereto. Such a medical waste grinder includes a first stage and a second stage. The first stage includes spring loaded cutter stacks mounted on two adjacent shafts between two edge plates, each of the cutter stacks including cutters arranged in a helix to create space, each cutter including a number of teeth per blade and including a major diameter and a minor diameter, each cutter turning opposite a fixed counter knife enabling a pinching action against the teeth of the cutter. The second stage includes spring loaded cutter stacks.
Food waste disposal device
The present invention relates to a food waste disposer that is configured to allow an opening and closing plate adapted to open and close a drain pipe to be open only when a motor operates, so that normally, the drain pipe from which water is discharged is closed, thereby preventing bad smell and sewage from flowing backward from the drain pipe, to allow a propeller adapted to forcedly discharge the water from a casing to the drain pipe to be driven reversely and to thus close the opening and closing plate if the motor is driven reversely, so that gears inside a pulverizing part rotate to circulate the water in the casing and thus to automatically clean the casing, without any separation of the casing, and to allow a magnetic material to be built in a hopper so that if iron introduced into the hopper is sensed by sensors, the pulverizing part stops working and is thus prevented from being damaged by the iron.
Device for grinding and mixing of herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, preparing and dispensing of cigarettes and method for the application thereof.
Device for grinding and mixing of herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, preparing and dispensing of cigarettes and method for the application thereof The subject of the invention is a device for grinding and mixing of herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, preparing and dispensing of cigarettes, the device comprising a grinding chamber (2) for holding and grinding the herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, wherein the grinding chamber (2) has a plurality of tubes (9) for holding pre-rolled cigarette papers (17) and receiving ground herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, a carousel (10), which is rotatable around a central axis (16). The device further comprises a mixing chamber (5) for mixing the herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, which is located below the grinding chamber (2), a mixing unit (4) located in the mixing chamber (5), at least one door (7) on the carousel cover (8) for dispensing one tube (9) or a plurality of tubes (9) with the filled pre-rolled cigarette paper (17), wherein the carousel (10) comprises a plurality of tube holders (14) for holding the tubes (9). The subject of the invention is also the method for the application of the device.
Multi-region twin-shaft cutting system
A multi-region twin-shaft cutting system for chopping material. The cutting system includes two shafts which are arranged in parallel and are driven in an opposed manner, each shaft is surrounded by a roll body. The system additionally includes a multiplicity of supporting elements, each supporting element is fitted radially around the roll body. The system further includes a multiplicity of severing elements which are of disc- and/or plate-like design and are each fitted symmetrically or asymmetrically tangentially to the circumferential region of the supporting elements.
DUAL-SHAFT SHREDDER HAVING A QUICK-CHANGE DEVICE
A shredding device is provided comprising two shredding shafts arranged parallel to each other with shredding elements arranged thereon, wherein the shredding shafts are preferably rotatable mechanically synchronized to each other. A shaft-side coupling element is connected to a respective first end of the shredding shafts. The shredding device includes a housing with a housing-side coupling element is provided that can be coupled to the shaft-side coupling element. The shredding device includes a displacement device enabling displacement of the shredding shafts for decoupling and coupling the shaft-side coupling element from or to the housing-side coupling element.
Device for cutting chicken, beef and pork meat into small pieces
The invention relates to a machine for loosening or cutting the different fibres of the meats for human consumption into small pieces, such as chicken, beef, pork meat or meat from any animal with fibres. This is characterized by having two parallel shafts that rotate in the same direction, wherein by introducing the meat between the two blade-carrying shafts, in relation to the blades of the opposing blade-carrying shaft, permitting the tearing up of the fibres of the meat with the blades, the size of the cut pieces are determined according to the distance between the blades of one blade-carrying shaft and the other with which they intersect. This machine has different transmission means for moving the blade-carrying shafts with the motor force of the motor, given that they engage with the shaft having a speed reducer, which in turn engages with the blade-carrying shafts, wherein these can be pinions that engage with one another or via chains or via pulleys having bands, wherein these cutting machines can be used with combination gear means, as well as pulleys with bands and pinions with chains, which engage with one another or vice versa, wherein the blade-carrying shafts are disposed to be used with peripheral groups in a line of up to 4, 6 and 8 blades on each of the two blade-carrying shafts, and wherein the size of the fibres loosened from the bulk of the fibres is determined by the distance and speed present between the linear peripheral sets between each blade-carrying shaft.
Method and apparatus for recovering germanium from optic fibers
A method for processing strands of optic fiber in which a box containing one or more pairs of wheels either crush, cut or bend and break the strands of optic fiber before being transported to a separator. The separator can be positioned to deposit material onto a conveyor belt, into a storage container or into a separate structure known as a step-cleaner. The box can contain a pair of cutting and anvil wheels, a pair of drive wheels or a pair of wheels featuring teeth that cut, crush or bend the strands of optic fiber prior to a suction force removing them from the box and transporting them to the separator. A step cleaner contains one or more rotating wheels with tines that agitate and move the cut, broken or crushed fibers. The suction force is created by a blower operably connected to a passage that communicates with the separator.
