The first and second shredder portions each include a longitudinal support having more upper fins and a plurality of lower fins. each defining a shaft receptacle. A shaft is positioned between the upper and lower fins positioned within the shaft receptacles. A plurality of cutting blades are mounted to the shaft and extend into the slot. Each of the one or more upper fins and the plurality of lower fins extend among the plurality of cutting blades. The longitudinal support includes upper and lower support portions having the one or more upper fins secured to the upper support portion and the plurality of lower fins secured to the lower support portion.
Granulator mill
Granulator mill (1) comprising a frame (10), a cutter housing (20) with a granule chamber (22) comprising at least one non-rotatable blade (24) inside the granule chamber (22), and further comprising a rotatable rotor (30) arranged inside the granule chamber (22). The rotor (30) comprises blades (32, 34) which are arranged for cooperation with the non-rotatable blade (24) for granulating waste material to granules. A normal (n) to a first opening (26a) of the granule chamber (22) is pointing substantially vertically upwards in the normal position of use of said granulator mill (1), and characterising is that the cutter housing (20) is pivotably arranged at the frame (10) by means of a first pivot means (28), for pivoting the cutter housing (20) between the normal position of use and a cleaning position. In the cleaning position, the normal (n) of the first opening (26a) of the granule chamber (22) points towards a surface plane of the substrate.
Drying apparatuses, dust separation devices, crushing devices, organic waste disposal systems, and operating methods
A drying apparatus, particularly suitable for disposing water-containing organic waste. The drying apparatus includes a drying chamber with a circular cross-section, where waste enters the drying chamber through a waste inlet and undergoes rotational movement within the drying chamber due to a negative pressure generated by an air pump. The air pump draws out airflow from the drying chamber through an air duct connected to the flow outlet, ensuring that the waste continues to rotate during the drying process. Additionally, the apparatus is equipped with a microwave generating device, which directs microwaves into the drying chamber either directly or via a microwave conduit to efficiently dry the waste. This design combines the cyclonic motion with microwave heating, significantly enhancing drying efficiency and ensuring that the waste is fully dried in a short time, making it particularly suitable for disposing organic residue that requires rapid drying.
Bone grinder promoting bone osteoinductivity
A bone grinder may have a grinding chamber, an intermediate zone, and a primary cutting element and a secondary cutting element. The intermediate zone may have a first wall and a second wall within the grinding chamber, and the intermediate zone may separate the primary cutting element from the secondary cutting element. The first wall and the second wall may slope inward such that a distance between the first wall and the second wall generally decreases from the primary cutting element to the secondary cutting element. The primary cutting element and the secondary cutting element may be positioned within the grinding chamber to sequentially perform primary cutting operations and secondary cutting operations on a bone. A drive mechanism may operatively engage the primary cutting element and the secondary cutting element.
Comminutor for comminuting bulk material, and method therefor
The invention relates to a comminutor for comminuting bulk material, and a trailer and method therefor. The comminutor includes a frame provided with an opening; a rotatable drum which is arranged on the frame and on which blades are provided; counter-blades which are connected to the frame and which operate with the blades for the purpose of comminuting material carried into the opening; a screen positioned on the underside of the drum; and an access door connected to the frame and provided with a tilting mechanism such that easy access to the screen is obtainable by opening the door.
Modular industrial reducing machine and method for disassembling an industrial reducing machine
A modular industrial reducing machine is provided. The reducing machine includes a removable cutting tray releasably coupled to a first and second axial endwalls in a base frame. Additionally, the removable cutting tray includes a plurality of non-rotating anvils designed to interact with a plurality of cutters during reducing operation to reduce material in the reducing compartment.
COMMINUTING MACHINE FOR COMMINUTING A PRODUCT WHILE FEEDING A FLUID
A comminuting machine for comminuting a product includes: a cutting device for comminuting the product, which device has at least two cutting units; a drive shaft for driving the cutting units; and a housing in which the cutting units are arranged one behind the other along the longitudinal axis of the drive shaft. The comminuting machine is designed to feed a fluid in the form of a liquid gas into at least one intermediate space which is formed in the housing between two cutting units that are adjacent to one another along the longitudinal axis of the drive shaft.
Dual-shaft shredder with a horizontal maintenance concept
A two-shaft shredder includes a shredder housing, a first cutter disc unit, and a second cutter disc unit. The first cutter disc unit has at a first axial end a first bearing unit with a first bearing housing and at a second axial end a second bearing unit with a second bearing housing. A first cutter disc block is rotatably mounted about a first axis of rotation. The second cutter disc unit has at a first axial end a third bearing unit with a third bearing housing and at a second axial end a fourth bearing unit with a fourth bearing housings. A second cutter disc block is rotatably mounted about a second axis of rotation. The shredder housing has a first maintenance hatch cover which, in a release position, permits removal of the first cutter disc unit together with the first and second bearing units.
SHREDDER FOR COMMINUTING BULK MATERIAL
A shredder includes a shredder box having a first end wall, a second end wall, and opposite side walls extending between the first and second end walls. A lower discharge opening discharges shredded material from the shredder box. A shredder rotor is positioned within an interior of the shredder box, the shredder rotor being rotatable about a rotor axis and including a main rotor body and plurality of rotor teeth mounted to the main rotor body. A shredder comb is positioned adjacent to the shredder rotor and includes comb teeth that intermesh with the rotor teeth. An upper hopper is located above the shredder box for receiving material to be shredded. The upper hopper includes an upper hopper end wall formed with a concavity to facilitate feeding of material to be shredded into the shredder box and to the shredder rotor.
User-removable, electrically heated, and mechanically actuated bucket unit for organic matter processing apparatus
Embodiments disclosed herein provide a bucket assembly and method of use thereof. The bucket assembly is a relatively lightweight and removable apparatus that can fracture cut, paddle, and heat contents contained therein. The bucket assembly can include a housing that has a curved metal plate and blade array attached thereto. A cut and paddle assembly can rotate within the housing and interface with the blade array to fracture cut contents contained therein. The cut and paddle assembly is also operative to mix the contents to ensure full dispersal within the housing. A flexible heater array is attached to and operative to heat the curved metal plate. The combination of the fracture cutting, paddling, and heating can convert organic matter to a ground and selectively desiccated product.
