APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING NANOCELLULOSE COMPOSITIONS
An apparatus for converting cellulose into nanocellulose. The apparatus includes a tank, a motor, and spherical member. The tank has a tank floor. The motor is supported adjacent to the tank. The motor has a motor shaft. The motor shaft has a first end driven by the motor and a second end. The spherical member is connected to the second end of the motor shaft to rotate the spherical member when the motor is energized. The cellulose material is introduced into the tank and drawn between the spherical member and the tank floor to compress the cellulose material in controlled liquid environment.
BONE GRINDER PROMOTING BONE OSTEOINDUCTIVITY
A bone grinder is provided herein. The bone grinder may have a grinding chamber, an intermediate zone, and a primary cutting element and a secondary cutting element. The intermediate zone may have a first wall and a second wall within the grinding chamber, and the intermediate zone may separate the primary cutting element from the secondary cutting element. The first wall and the second wall may slope inward such that a distance between the first wall and the second wall generally decreases from the primary cutting element to the secondary cutting element. The primary cutting element and the secondary cutting element may be positioned within the grinding chamber to sequentially perform primary cutting operations and secondary cutting operations on a bone. A drive mechanism may operatively engage the primary cutting element and the secondary cutting element.
COMMINUTION MACHINE
A comminuting machine for comminuting material includes a machine frame, a comminuting rotor rotatably mounted on the machine frame, and a material feed area. The material feed area has a wall section over which the material to be comminuted can be supplied to the comminuting rotor and which is designed to be stationary during a comminuting operation of the comminuting machine and can be pivoted about a rotational axis during a maintenance operation of the comminuting machine. Because the rotational axis is designed to be releasably lockable, a second releasably lockable rotational axis is provided together with the first rotational axis, and the wall section of the material feed area can selectively be pivoted about the first or second rotational axis during the maintenance operation of the comminuting machine.
High flow high capture side rails for comminutor
An apparatus for comminuting solid waste material is provided. The apparatus includes a casing and a comminutor assembly including a plurality of cutting elements mounted on said first shaft in interspaced relationship with a plurality of second cutting elements mounted on said second shaft. The casing includes laterally opposed side rails each having a wall extending parallel to the flow direction of the liquid through the comminution chamber, a plurality of planar fins projecting outwardly of said rear wall in the direction of said stack, aligned with the flow direction of the liquid and being spaced from each other in a vertical direction to form slots therebetween, and the planar fins having a leading edge extending from the wall upstream a rearward edge, the rearward edge extending from an outermost portion of the leading edge toward the wall, and the fins have a path ratio greater than 1.55 to 1.
Submicron particle grinding mill
A mill for grinding particles to submicron size. The mill has a rectangular prism-shaped housing for two internal barrels. Each internal barrel has a shaft and a plurality of overlapping circular discs attached to the shaft for grinding materials to submicron size. Each barrel also has blocked corners providing a cross-sectional shape of half of an octagonal prism disposed toward opposing ends of the housing. The housing also includes comprises curved acceleration ramps disposed between the barrels proximal to the overlapping circular discs on opposing sides of the housing. An inlet is provided for feeding material to be ground by the mill to an overlapped portion of the overlapping circular discs. An outlet is disposed at an end of the mill opposite the inlet for removing ground material from the mill. The overlapping circular discs are rotated in the mill at a shaft speed ranging from about 200 to about 1200 RPM.
PORTABLE ELECTRONIC GRINDER SYSTEM
A portable electronic grinder system includes a portable electronic grinder having a first-chamber including at least one blade, and a motor, a second-chamber, a fastener, a power source, an activation button, a power-button, and a plurality of wires. The portable electronic grinder system provides a pocket-sized electronic herb grinding device for grinding at least one item.
Material reducing device
A material reducing machine includes a rotor assembly having a plurality of short cutting tools and a plurality of long cutting tools. The short cutting tools are arranged in rows which extend across the length of the rotor assembly, which rows are spaced around the periphery of the rotor assembly. Each of the short cutting tools has a cutting bit with a leading edge that is spaced outwardly from the periphery of the rotor assembly by a short cutter distance. The long cutting tools are also arranged in rows which extend across the length of the rotor assembly, which rows are spaced around the periphery of the rotor assembly. Each of the long cutting tools has a cutting bit with a leading edge that is spaced outwardly from the periphery of the rotor assembly by a long cutter distance that is greater than the short cutter distance of each of the short cutting tools. A breaker assembly includes a plurality of shear blocks, each of which is spaced so as to be aligned with a short cutting tool.
Externally serrated rotary shredder and submersible shredder pump having an externally serrated rotary shredder
An externally serrated rotary shredder and submersible shredder pump having an externally serrated rotary shredder. These are for reducing the size of solids within a liquid which is to be pumped by shredding. An improvement over prior designs employs a cutting assembly and a shredder pump. The cutting assembly has a centrally positioned stationary dual sided plate cutter which engages first and second rotary cutters on alternate sides of a centrally positioned dual sided plate cutter. The first rotary cutter has cutting lobes having upper and lower cutting surfaces. The waste water contents have a finer grind which improves removal and reduces the likelihood of shredder pump clogging. The cutter assembly is configured for mounting to an intake opening of a stationary volute associated with a shredder pump. Many more cutting surfaces are provided which more quickly shred the solid materials within the liquid to be expelled.
Intelligent sensor-driven processing of organic matter for the smart home
Embodiments disclosed herein provide an organic matter processing apparatus and method for the use thereof to convert organic matter into a ground and desiccated product. This can be accomplished using a bucket assembly that can grind, paddle, and heat organic matter contained therein. An algorithm is used to control the conversion of organic input to organic output by progressing through processing states based, in part, on time windows, runtimes, and sensor inputs.
