A fat cutter and an integrated machine for preparation of in vitro fine-particle fat are provided. The fat cutter includes a fat inlet channel, a fat outlet channel, at least one set of blades disposed between an outlet of the fat inlet channel and an inlet of the fat outlet channel, and a housing that seals a space in which the outlet of the fat inlet channel, the inlet of the fat outlet channel, and the blades are located. A fat inlet of the fat inlet channel is connected to a large-diameter liposuction tube by a liposuction channel, and a fat outlet of the fat outlet channel is connected to a high-negative pressure device. The outlet of the fat inlet channel and the inlet of the fat outlet channel are oppositely provided, and a gap therebetween matches the thickness of the blades.

An improvement over prior designs employs a cutting assembly and an associated shredder pump, wherein the cutting assembly has a centrally positioned dual sided plate cutter which engages first and second rotary cutters on alternate sides of a centrally positioned dual sided plate cutter. In operation the waste water contents have a much finer grind which improves efficient removal and reduces the likelihood of shredder pump clogging. The cutter assembly is adapted for mounting to an intake opening of a stationary volute, associated with a shredder pump. As a result, many more cutting surfaces are provided which more effectively and quickly shred the solid materials within the liquid to be expelled.

The present invention relates to an apparatus (1) for pulverizing a material. The apparatus comprises a stationary housing (3) having an interior space and at least one interior wall facing the interior space. At least one sawblade (9) is disposed in the interior space and arranged rotatable with respect to the stationary housing (3). The at least one sawblade (9) has a periphery (12) provided with a plurality of cutting teeth (15) for cutting the material and a plurality of collecting notches (17) for collecting the cut material. The apparatus comprises an inlet opening (19) for feeding material to the interior space, and an outlet opening (21) for dispatching pulverized material from the interior space. The interior wall (7) of the housing is provided with a plurality of recesses (23) facing the periphery (12) of the sawblade (9), arranged to receive the cut material from the collecting notches (17) of the sawblade (9), and to revert the cut material to the periphery (12) of the sawblade (9) so that the material will be cut multiple times before it is dispatched from the apparatus. The interior wall (7) surrounds a main part of the periphery (12) of the at least one sawblade (9), and the inlet opening (19) and the outlet opening (21) are arranged in the interior wall (7) and in direct communication with the interior space (5) so that the material enters and leaves the interior space (5) during one revolution of the at least one sawblade (9).
