ORDNANCE REMEDIATION SYSTEM
A system for eliminating unexploded ordnance from a mixture. The system includes a separation plant, including a crusher, a magnetic separation station, and a screen plant. The crusher reduces the size of pieces in the mixture, the magnetic separator separates pieces containing a significant amount of ferrous metal, and the screen separates small pieces from larger pieces. The fine output of the screen is composed of pieces that are sufficiently small to pose little hazard; they may be further subjected to heat treatment. Large pieces containing ferrous metal, or large pieces containing nonferrous metal, may be explosive and are transported, using an unmanned machine, to an inspection plant where they are sorted and where any unexploded ordnance is identified and disposed of. The separation plant is sufficiently distant from the inspection plant that an explosion at the separation plant does not pose a hazard to personnel at the inspection plant.

Mill
A mill includes a housing with a first end portion, a second end portion, and a lateral area disposed therebetween. The housing includes a raw material inlet, an air inlet, a recirculated material inlet, and a material outlet. An impeller is supported by the housing and includes a shaft disposed along the longitudinal axis of the housing, with a plurality of curved blades. A method for milling includes receiving a material of a first size range, introducing the material to an apparatus via a first inlet and introducing air into the apparatus via a second inlet. The method also includes agitating the material via an impeller, where the agitation reduces at least some of the material to a second size range by the time the material reaches an outlet of the apparatus. The processed material is delivered to subsequent processing operations.

PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A NANOCELULLOSIC MATERIAL COMPRISING AT LEAST TWO STAGES OF DEFIBRILLATION OF CELLULOSIC FEEDSTOCK AND AT LEAST ONE INTERMEDIATE FRACTIONING STAGE
The present invention relates to a process for producing a nanocellulosic material based on the use of fractioning of cellulosic pulp stream from pre-treatment or mechanical defibrillation (partially refined/defibrillated pulp) in combination with stages of mechanical defibrillation, in which both the accept fraction and the reject fraction can be conveyed to stages of consistency adjustments so as to precede another distinct defibrillation stage. For example, if the accept is conveyed to a consistency adjustment preceding a second defibrillation stage while the reject is conveyed to the other independent stage of consistency adjustment to return to the first stage of mechanical defibrillation.

COMPACTED POLYHALITE AND A PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
There is provided herein a process for the compaction of Polyhalite, comprising: mixing a feed of polyhalite with an inorganic binder in a mixer to yield a mixture; compacting said mixture in a compactor to yield masses; crushing said masses in a crusher to yield particles; and screening said particles in a screener to yield particles in three different sizes: oversized fine particles which undergo a second crushing process and are retuned to said screener for screening, undersized fine particles which are transferred to said mixer for further mixing and compacting, and desired size fine particles which are transferred to a polish screener for glazing and oiling.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING MAGNETITE
An apparatus for processing magnetite iron ore, including an upstream cyclone and a mill for grinding particles, wherein the upstream cyclone is arranged to operate as a splitter by diverting material in an overflow of the upstream cyclone to bypass the mill and by feeding material in an underflow of the upstream cyclone to the mill.
