SIEVE SYSTEM FOR A GRINDING DEVICE, AND GRINDING DEVICE USING THIS TYPE OF SIEVE SYSTEM
A sieve system for a grinding device permitting the processing of materials in terms of particle size, in particular the processing of solid or powder materials. The system includes a filtering portion having fine holes and designed to cooperate with a rotor of the grinding device in such a way as to press the material to be ground through said filtering portion; and a support portion having large holes, which is able to reinforce the filtering portion. The sieve can be coupled to a vibratory device. The sieve system allows for the grinding method to be operated in continuous mode, with a material flow rate through the sieve up to 50% higher than that reached with a conventional sieve.

The slag crusher includes: a porous member screen; a spreader that is reciprocated in a predetermined direction along a top surface of the screen and crushes the slag accumulated on the screen; and a guide rod having an axis line along the predetermined direction, is connected to the spreader, and restricts a moving direction of the spreader, the guide rod has a spreader-side member connected to the spreader and a shaft member connected to the spreader-side member, the spreader-side member and the shaft member are connected by butt welding in the axis line direction, and the spreader-side member and the shaft member have the same shape of cross sections orthogonal to the axis line direction at a butt welding position.
Spiral sorting device for kitchen waste based on hardness screening
The present invention discloses a spiral sorting device for kitchen waste based on hardness screening, and relates to the technical field of kitchen waste processing, including a housing, wherein a feed plate, a discharge plate, a gear box, and a drive motor are mounted on the outer side of the housing, two crushing rollers are mounted inside the housing, the two crushing rollers are connected to the drive motor via the gear box, a gear set is provided inside the gear box, several push plates and several sawtooth rings are mounted inside the housing, a slicing knife is mounted between the sawtooth rings, the sawtooth ring is perpendicular to the slicing knife, and linkage rings are mounted at the front end and rear end of the slicing knife. The present invention is provided with two types of crushing mechanisms. The two types of crushing mechanisms perform targeted crushing according to the hardness of the kitchen waste. In order to enable the crushed kitchen waste to reduce the time required for drying and dewatering, an extruding function is added before the crushed kitchen waste leaves the housing so as to perform preliminary dewatering on the crushed kitchen waste.
TRANSPORTABLE BULK MATERIAL PROCESSING PLANT
A transportable bulk material processing plant (10) provides at least one of a crusher module (12) or a screening module (14). At least one of the modules has a transportable platform (16.1) supporting at least one respective crusher (18) screening machine (20). Supports (22), such as legs, support the respective platform (16.1) on the ground or on a base (24). The supports (22) can be unfastened from the structure of the platform (16.1) and the platform and supports can be transported, such as by sea, road or rail, for erection at a work site. A removable conveyor module (38) can be provided/inserted under the platform for receiving crushed/comminuted material. Crushed material from one of the crusher machines can be supplied via the conveyor (36) to a screening module (14). Retaining walls (40) can retain earth and can be pivotably attached to the structure of the crusher module. The respective module (crushing or screening module) can include an on-board power system and/or an on-board control system, such as at an on-board MCC (66) to control electric motors for the module.
Liquid-absorbing raw materials processing system and operating method thereof
The present invention provides a liquid-absorbing raw material processing system and its operation method. The liquid-absorbing raw material processing system is composed of a cutting module, a bulk pulping module, a salt slurry processing module, and a liquid-absorbing raw material manufacturing module, which are connected in series. The operating method of the liquid-absorbing raw material processing system is to process absorptive articles such as diapers or sanitary napkins, etc., which are retained and made into fluff liquid-absorbing raw materials through the purification and separation steps performed by the modules of the liquid-absorbing raw material processing system.
Apparatus for comminuting pourable feedstock and method for opening such an apparatus
A device for comminuting pourable feedstock as well as a method for opening a device of this type. The device includes a housing, which encloses a comminution chamber, in which a rotor rotating around a rotation axis is arranged, the rotor being equipped with rotor tools over its circumference. A sieve holder, whose sieve extends along a circumferential section of the rotor, is used to separate the sufficiently comminuted material. The feedstock supplied to the rotor via a material infeed is removed from the device via a material discharge after being sufficiently comminuted. To improve accessibility to the interior of the device, it is proposed that, to open the housing, the sieve holder is pivotable around a first pivot axis from a closed first position into an open second position and additionally around a second pivot axis into a third position.
