Material processing machine with a colorizer system and methods of reducing and colorizing waste material
A material processing machine having a reducing system for material reducing operations is disclosed. The reducing system includes a rotor having processing tools to reduce the material within a reducing chamber. A colorizer system includes a manifold positioned adjacent a screen defining a plurality of apertures for directing colorant from a colorant source through the apertures towards the reducing system. The material reducing operations include a two-stage reducing operation with selectively interchangeable screens that incrementally reduce the material to provide substantially uniform colorizing and material size.
Apparatus for the manufacture of a plastics filling material and a method of using the apparatus
Plastic sheet elements (19) having a size and deformation suitable for use as a filling material in pillows, duvets and the like are manufactured by feeding one or more plastic sheets to a shredding apparatus (6) which has a rotating drum (9). Loosely hanging knives (12) are mounted (11) near an outermost edge of the drum (9), and are pivoted outwards during rotation to thereby cut, deform and twist the sheet to form “curly” elements (19), which are sucked out through openings (14) in a screen (8) located below the drum (9). By adjusting the feeding of the sheet (4), the rotation of the drum (9) and the magnitude of the negative pressure, various sizes and configurations of cut individual sheet elements (19) are produced.
MEDIA DECLASSIFICATION DEVICE
A media declassification device receives a media component such as an SSD or magnetic disk drive, and eradicates any remnants of sensitive data stored thereon by physical agitation and dismantling the media component. A cutting wheel or die rotates in close tolerance to an interior surface of a cutting chamber, and cutters or protrusions on the cutting wheel engage the media component against a leading edge of the cutting chamber for shearing and/or cutting fragments of the media component into the cutting chamber. A screen at an opposed side of the cutting chamber has apertures that limit a maximum size of particles passing out of the cutting chamber.
Crusher
An erecting angle regulating part 50 is provided to regulate an erecting direction upper limit angle θl of a crushing hammer 13 at a predetermined angle (e.g., approximately 50°) during driving of a rotary drive shaft 17.
Compact system for preparing personal smokable products
A system for preparing smokeable material comprising a wall providing an upper chamber and a lower chamber with a grate between the chambers. Feed smokeable material in the upper chamber has its size reduced with a size reducer a sufficient amount that it can pass through the grade into the lower chamber as fill smokeable material. A support below the lower chamber is provided for supporting a wrapper. There is an opening in the lower chamber for fill smokeable material to pass into the wrapper. An axially moveable tamper can tamp the fill smokeable material in the wrapper. Biasing means bias the wall and tamper into the upper position. A mechanism is provided for moving the tamper from its upper position to its lower position against the biasing means for tamping the smokeable material in the wrapper.
APPARATUS FOR COMMINUTING POURABLE FEEDSTOCK AND METHOD FOR OPENING SUCH AN APPARATUS
A device for comminuting pourable feedstock as well as a method for opening a device of this type. The device includes a housing, which encloses a comminution chamber, in which a rotor rotating around a rotation axis is arranged, the rotor being equipped with rotor tools over its circumference. A sieve holder, whose sieve extends along a circumferential section of the rotor, is used to separate the sufficiently comminuted material. The feedstock supplied to the rotor via a material infeed is removed from the device via a material discharge after being sufficiently comminuted. To improve accessibility to the interior of the device, it is proposed that, to open the housing, the sieve holder is pivotable around a first pivot axis from a closed first position into an open second position and additionally around a second pivot axis into a third position.
Foliage shredder
A foliage shredder that can shred inputted foliage matter into uniform sized particles without pulverizing the inputted foliage matter includes a housing, a shredding axle, a motor, a stand, a digital timer, a power cord, and a lid. The shredding axle is concentrically positioned within a cylindrical compartment of the housing and rotatably coupled to a rotor of the motor. A stator of the motor is externally connected to the housing and electrically connected to the power cord through the digital timer. The lid is terminally attached to the housing thus closing the cylindrical compartment. The cylindrical compartment functions as a container unit for the inputted foliage as the electrically powered shredding axle shreds the inputted foliage into uniform sized particles.
Pruning and Sieving Apparatus
Disclosed is a pruning and sieving apparatus, which resolves time-consuming and laborious problems in the existing pruning method of flower plants. The pruning and sieving apparatus includes a hollow body, including two relatively disposed open axial ends; an interior pruning lining attached inside the hollow body, where the interior pruning lining includes a plurality of sidewall pruning holes arranged in a distributed manner; a sieving screen, where the sieving screen includes a plurality of sieving holes arranged in a distributed manner, and is disposed in the interior pruning lining to divide the internal space of the interior pruning lining into a pruning chamber and a collection chamber; and two end caps disposed on the two open axial ends.
INTERPRETING MEDIA
A method for execution by a computing device includes obtaining a set of media element identigens for media elements of media to produce sets of media element identigens. The sets of media element identigens are possible interpretations of a media element. The method further includes generating a set of relationships between media elements. The relationships provide a list of one or more ways in which the media elements are related. The method further includes processing different permutations of the sets of media element identigens using the set of relationships to generate an entigen group. The entigen group represents a most likely interpretation of the media.
Particle-lizer Mechanism for Destroying the Functionality of Data Bearing Components of a Solid-State Data Bearing Device
The current invention is a Particle-lizer Mechanism for Destroying the Functionality of Data Bearing Components of a Solid-State Data Bearing Device. This particle-lizer mechanism provides destruction of data bearing components from solid-state data bearing devices by reducing the components to particle size of 2 mm or smaller and ensures accurate particle size by use of a screening system to render the data unusable using a simple one stage process. Since there are so few mechanical components in the design, a particle-lizer mechanism can last 100 times longer than a shredding machine with a fraction of the complexity to build. This particle-lizer mechanism is portable and is intended to be used within the customer's secure confines of a data center or enterprise facility. This particle-Ilzer mechanism includes a particle collection system and a filtration system to preserve air quality where it is located.
