Device for Treatment of a Material Mixture Comprising of Substitute Fuel and Impurities
The present invention relates to a device for treatment of a material mixture consisting of substitute fuel and impurities, having a vertically aligned central feeder (1), a separating device (2) arranged underneath the central feeder (1), a rotor mill (3), wherein the rotor mill (3) is arranged above the separating device (2) and surrounds the central feeder (1), a flow device (4) for generating an upwardly directed gas flow, wherein the rotor mill (3) has several tools (8a, 8b) arranged offset relative to each other vertically and in the circumferential direction.
Autogenous impact mill that reduces size of friable material
An autogenous impact mill (10) is operative to size reduce friable material particles processed through operation of the mill. At least one impeller (58) rotatable within an interior area (44) of a housing (12) of the mill is operative to produce one or more air jets. The air jets are operative to suspend material particles using the Coanda Effect. Other particles moved by the air jets bounce off ricochet bars (74) and impact suspended particles so as to break and reduce the particles to a suitable size to pass through a screen (110) to an outlet opening (42).
Process for creating and bagging animal bedding
A method for producing animal bedding is provided. A juniper tree is cut at ground level, the juniper tree having needles and a trunk. The tree is naturally dried until the needles are brown, then ground using a screen less than 3 inches. The ground juniper is hammer milled and dust of 20 mesh minus is extracted from the hammer milled tree, which is then placed in a bagging machine and dust is vacuumed from the juniper tree. The juniper tree is then bagged.
High efficiency conical mills
Screens for conical mills and an improved gearbox and housing for such conical mills are shown and described. The screens are frusto-conically-shaped and include a tapered sidewall with a plurality of openings in the sidewall that may be of uniform size. Each opening is separated from adjacent openings by spacing distances which are shorter at the top of the tapered sidewall and longer at the bottom of the tapered sidewall to thereby reduce the residence time of the powder being milled at the top of the tapered sidewall and to increase the residence time of the powder being milled at the bottom of the tapered sidewall.
SCREEN DIVERTER AND DUAL COMMINUTOR WITH CONTINUAL OPERATION
A system for comminuting solid waste material including a casing defining a comminution chamber having two side walls and adapted for connection in a solid waste disposal channel. The system includes a first shredding device and a second shredding device disposed along a line extending perpendicular to a flow direction in the channel to faun a pair of interactive shredding members. A rotating screening drum disposed within the casing upstream of the first and second shredding devices and positioned between the first and second shredding devices, the rotating screening drum configured to permit fluid to pass therethrough and to move solids toward one of the shredding devices. The rotating screening drum is configured to rotate clockwise and counter clockwise to alternately distribute solids captured thereon to one of the first and second shredding devices.
HIGH-VOLTAGE ELECTRIC PULSE DEVICE FOR CRUSHING PRETREATMENT OF ORES
A high-voltage electric pulse device for crushing pretreatment of ores includes an ore feeding bin, a pulse insulating barrel body, a supporting frame, a pulsation device, a product collector and a power supply. The pulse insulating barrel body and the pulsation device are assembled together, a pulsation insulating barrel body is connected with an actuating diaphragm, the actuating diaphragm is connected with an ore discharging outlet, a pulsation cone is arranged in the ore discharging outlet, the pulsation cone is hinged to a connecting rod, and the connecting rod is hinged to an eccentric wheel. Expanding and contracting devices are arranged on a cover plate, a copper bar of each expanding and contracting device is connected to a corresponding high-voltage ceramic capacitor through a high-voltage wire in parallel. A high-voltage negative pole is mounted on a screen cloth at the pulse insulating barrel body.
Cannabis trichome separation using a tumbler
Raw cannabis plant material is dried, coarsely ground, agitated while chilled, sifted and collected to result in cannabis plant material rich in trichomes. Dried cannabis plant material is coarsely ground using a grinder. The coarsely ground cannabis plant matter is agitated in a tumbler in a cooled environment to separate the trichomes from the remainder of the plant matter. The trichomes are then sieved using a sieve shaker with sieves of different mesh sizes mounted in a tower. Chilling the plant material embrittles the trichomes so that they can be removed more easily from the remainder of the plant material.
MACHINE FOR TREATING ORGANIC WASTE AND RELATED CONTROL METHOD
A waste treatment machine is disclosed, having a safety sensor which generates an alarm signal to stop the motor (7) when the requested torque exceeds a certain threshold, but has a gear with a friction transmission belt (8), i.e. not a toothed belt, between a driving pulley (9) and an idle pulley (10) connected to a shaft (6) for squeezing/grinding waste. The friction transmission belt is tightened so as to slip when a nominal maximum torque is exceeded. The protection sensor is configured to detect slippage of the friction transmission belt and to provide in such an event an alarm signal to a control unit that interrupts a normal miming of the motor. The organic waste treatment machine may be a single-worm screw (4) or double-worm screw squeezing machine, or a grinding machine with hammers (13) pivoted at the periphery of a shaft installed in the inner chamber of the machine. A method of controlling such a machine for treating waste is also disclosed.
Grinding device for a high grinding rate and for a variable distribution of ground particle sizes
A grinding device including a rotor, mounted in rotational manner around an axle and having a plurality of blades extending radially relative to the axle. A sieve has a plurality of openings, with the sieve being mounted around the rotor so as to turn around the axle in the direction opposite the direction of rotation of the rotor. The rotor and sieve each has a height extending parallel to the axle and a width extending perpendicular to the axle wherein the width is between 1 mm and 20 mm. The rotation of the rotor and of the sieve is adjustable so as to reach a difference in circumferential speed between the rotor and the sieve between 100 m/s and 400 m/s, so as to reduce the average initial size of the crushed matter by a factor of 5 to 20.
SHREDDER FOR COMMINUTING BULK MATERIAL
A shredder includes a shredder box having first and second opposite end walls, and first and second opposite side walls that extend between the first and second end walls. The shredder further includes a shredder rotor positioned within an interior of the shredder box, an access door that is pivotally moveable, and a control system for monitoring various parameters to operate the shredder. A side access region is defined between the first and second end walls when the access door is in the open position. The side access region provides access to the shredder rotor and includes an open region defined between the first and second end walls at the second side of the shredder. The open region has an open top which is free of obstructions extending between the first and second end walls.
