Proposed are an air purification filter (1) and an air purifier (200) including the same. The air purification filter includes a filtering layer (30) configured as a dielectric which collects minute particles, a pair of electrode layers (50, 70) laminated on opposite sides of the filtering layer (30), respectively, and configured to receive power so as to generate polarization through an electric field in the filtering layer (30), and a connection module (100, 100′). The connection module (100, 100′) is coupled to at least any one of the opposite ends of the pair of electrode layers (50, 70) such that the coupled portion of the connection module is insulated from an outside thereof and is electrically connected with an external power supply part.

Proposed are an air purification filter (1) and an air purifier (200) including the same. A method of forming a collection electrode for an electrostatic charging air cleaning device. The method includes forming a slurry including a carbon black powder material, a polymeric binder material and a liquid solvent material. The method further includes applying the slurry to a substrate material. The method also includes curing the slurry to obtain a coating layer on the substrate material to form the collection electrode.

Disclosed herein is an electrostatic precipitator apparatus that includes a housing having an inlet, into which gas is introduced, and an outlet from which the gas is discharged, and a collection module installed in the housing. The collection module includes a plurality of discharge electrodes, to which a voltage is applied, and a plurality of collection electrodes grounded and disposed between the discharge electrodes. The apparatus further comprises a washing water feeder to spray washing water to the collection module, and a washing water treatment device disposed beneath the collection module to accommodate the washing water dropped from the collection module.

The air purifying filter includes a filtering layer (30) configured as a dielectric which collects minute particles, a first electrode layer (50) laminated on a side of the filtering layer (30) and comprising insulated wires (51) to which power is able to be applied, and a second electrode layer (70) laminated on a side of the filtering layer (30) opposite to the side of the first electrode layer and comprising a conductive material such that a polarity opposite to a polarity of the first electrode layer (50) is applied to the second electrode layer or the second electrode layer is grounded.

ELECTROSTATIC CHARGING AIR CLEANING DEVICE AND COLLECTION ELECTRODE
An electrostatic charging air cleaning device. The device includes a pre-charger configured to generate a corona discharge to electrostatically charge particulate matter in an air stream. The device further includes a separator downstream from the pre-charger configured to convey the electrostatically charged particulate matter and formed of an insulative material. The device also includes a collection electrode configured to receive and to absorb the conveyed electrostatically charged particulate matter. The collection electrode includes a substrate material and a coating layer coated onto the substrate material. The coating layer includes a carbon black material and a polymeric binder. The substrate material is a metal plate including mechanical perforations.
